      This firm of lawyers have harassed me with phone calls, letters and emails. I expressed my financial hardship and **** ****** showed no empathy. Instead she insisted that I pay an extremely high monthly payment to her firm. After speaking with a more sensible lawyer and came to agreement now they dont answer the phone. When I do call the receptionist all they do is talk over me and continuously put me on hold just like ****. Ive sent emails no response and I left voicemails no answer. This is not a reputable firm. The people there have no hearts and go to work just to harass people and levy bank accounts and employers. They should not be able to conduct business.

      Ive tried to reach out to this law office for over a year email after email after email. Phone calls and voicemails they refuse to respond.They took me to court over a *********** credit card and I have paid what is due. I have two more payments to go. Ive reached out to see if they will remove this off my credit report. I cannot get anyone here. Ive decided that Im done making the payments since they are being uncooperative and want them to remove this off my credit ********* account number is ******

      In April 2023 ************* used this law firm to place a lien on my home located at ****************************************************************************** for approximately $3500 for an unpaid PayPal account. I'm getting a home improvement loan and need this small lien taken off before I can proceed with Rocket Mortgage. They will make this payment to them and we can proceed to closing. My air conditioner is about to go out so I really need this lien off my property. I have tried and Rocket Mortgage has tried unsuccessfully for over 2 weeks now to get a pay off letter sent to us and we can wire them the money. They won't help in any way. All I want is to give them the money that they supposedly want. It's negligent and very unprofessional on their part and holding up everything. I am hoping you can speak to someone with enough authority to get this letter sent. ********************************* @ ******************, whom I've tried to deal with is no longer taking my calls. It just goes directly to her voicemail. ****, **** and ****** in ******************, ** says they want money. I'm trying to pay them. Please help me. Thank you.

      I am attempting to make payment on a debt and they are not allowing for me to do so. On April 5th I called and attempted to make a payment for my debt and set up half to extract that day and the other half to come out on Friday. The 5th came and went and no money was extracted from my bank account so I called my bank and they advised me that they had returned the payment. I called them that day to ask them to not process the other payment to which I was advised they need at least 72 business hours to cancel a payment. I call them on Monday April 15, 2024 to try and set up another payment arrangement, they advised me they wouldn't take my payment since I had one currently pending that had not rejected even though previously they had no issues setting up future payments, and then they quickly hurried me off the phone saying they would call me once the payment had been returned. I call again Wednesday April 17, 2024 and make a payment with my debit card after being hung up on earlier this morning by a different representative. They have still not allowed me to make full payment to which they entered a contract with me on April 5th for and they failed to notify the court of this agreement despite the fact that they advised me they would do so.
