If I could give them zero stars I most definitely would. They are crooked. They will try to do anything to collect money from fines. Charging $20 to send 2 of the same letters. Charging us fines for things that were being taken care of by our hoa board members. Threatening to take our internet service and trash service. Say they will charge us $125 to take our trash can and another $125 to bring it back. $25 to disconnect our Internet and another $25 to reconnect. Thats not in any bi laws. How can they do that? They have turned this community into a prison. Its become stressful to even live in my home because of them. Also wont allow my husband on their property but want their monthly fees. How can they even do that? Cant even get people on the phone to answer questions or hear what we have to say. They are mad because we called them out and now they want to charge us old fees all of a sudden. Ton of people in here are in violation but arent receiving fines.. for years!!! They are crooked. Trying to take money from the people they dont like. We are filing a law suit!
