It should be noted that I've given them 1 star because it's not possible to submit a review with anything lower. In short, I've worked with 3 separate agents for 3 separate potential jobs. My experiences are as follows:1) So far, I've had to go through 3 different (and frankly, redundant) processes before they will "put you forward" to the client. These have included the need to complete profiles on other company websites, provide personal/private info on multiple occasions and being passed from one contact to another, which is a massive waste of time. In short, no centralized process or secure data handling practices. 2) They never read your resume and although it's rare to meet 100% of the job requirements, They will strongly suggest adding skills/experience to your resume in order to match the job vs tactfully highlighting your other strong points (ie, blatantly lying). 3) They ******* you with phone calls, emails and texts if they need something from you, which isn't usually a bad thing but despite being completely transparent and setting expectations, it borders on harassment (especially when its info I've already provided). 4) Lastly, there is a complete lack of any follow up. Once they have everything from you, your application goes into a black hole and you'll only hear from someone IF you get put forward and are selected for an interview. You would think that they would prefer to deliver quality candidates to their clients, which would in turn set everyone up for success and result in us (the job seeker) focusing on applications that yield interviews. Sadly, it seems like it's more about collecting user information, bulk candidate submissions, unfair expectation setting and really bad business practices - Which is somewhat ironic given that I'm expecting this organization to represent me for management level Program Manager and Customer Success roles. If you're in the process of job hunting, don't get pulled into this rabbit hole.
