    My father who is 78 found this company online and then called to get a quote. He was told that for vent dryer cleaning, it would be $79.99 plus tax. After the job was finished he took my fathers credit card and charged the amount of $ ****** and gave himself a tip. He gave him the invoice and my father said this is not the price I was supposed to pay and the technician started to argue with him and wouldnt leave. My father signed the invoice so that he wouldnt have any issues with the tech because he seemed like he could possibly get physical. I went online and saw many other reviews with the same issue. This company should be shut down, another review said they had to call the cops on a technician. A business should not be still running after experiences like these because for the older customers who dont read reviews, they should not have to worry about a business like this. Bad businesses should pay!!!

    This company is the worst, wish I read their reviews first. I hired them to clean my dryer vent out for an add that said $79, then they wanted $399 and I finally agreed to $159. The guy didnt clean it out right, I had to hire someone else to find the issue bc the dryer wasnt working. Turns out there was a dryer sheet and a clog of lint that was never removed at the end of the out going air vent, it was backing up the air into the dryer and overheating it which could have caused a fire. I called at least 10 times and with a promise that someone would return my call and never did. I told them I want my money back and they said we dont give refunds, bc it cost me money to get my issue resolved! I dont want to deal with them anymore!
