This computer controlled my computer for two hours. Had to take my computer to take off what they put on my computer. I disputed the charge with my bank. Company keeps calling me for payment $719. Don't fall for this .

I agree with the scam shop portrayal. I began to look for a way to get a gmail account and suddenly, ********************** is "talking to me." They said I had many things wrong and they could fix it. I, unfortunately, assumed they were associated with gmail. So, I allowed them access to my computer, and then selected the $299.99 program, but was encouraged and then agreed to a $399.99 program for 3 years. This was on April 17, 2023. On April 18, 2023, I decided I had been scammed and called them for a refund. I had agreed to the charge to my credit card on the 17th. For what it is worth, I STILL have not received the return of my money to my credit card. Since I agreed to the charge on my card, and did not actually the card company until later, I can get no help there. So, that is where I am. They have my $399.99 and I have nothing as I do not want them. BE CAREFUL and do not fall for them as I did.

This company is a scam shop. They will take control of your computer and take your money. Thankfully, my mother called me when they tried to get her to give them control of her computer. They were posing as ********* Support. I gave one star because I had to in order for the review to post. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

My email was hacked and I lost ALL of my inbox. deleted and spam. I contacted my Internet provider and they told me they did not send out computer repairmen. I was lost. A few hours later, out of the blue I got a phone call asking if I needed help with my email. I though my internet provider had asked some other entity to help me, so I said I need help. IZACCESS, **** is the Company that contacted me. For the price of $869,00, they controlled my computer for 3 hours, got my email working, minus all that was lost, and promised 3 years protection from all sources. Because I am elderly and was in a panic at the time I agreed. Later thinking I had been scammed I took my computer to Best Buy! They had it for two days and cleaned it up and let me know that the above named company had put a worm or something in the computer and could scam me ant any time now. Best Buy took care of that but it seems I am still out ******. KEEP AWAY FROM *******!!!

This company is a scam!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IZACCESS INC. On 6/9/22 my wife was trying to set up her email account on a new tablet, we did a ****** scan for help and was sent to the IZACCESS website and she entered our home phone number as they stated they were a ********* approved company. They called and got my wife to log-on to her home computer and gave them access. They stated that her email was hacked and we needed a firewall software. They got our discover card and made a charge for $449.89. I watch her home computer and saw that they were displaying her logons and passwords. I immediately shutdown her computer, did an internet scan from my iPhone, and found they were a scam that did this before and would steal personal information. I called IZACCESS support and told them to stop access to my wife's computer and confronted them as a scam company. They transferred my call to a Supervisor who pointed me to their website with a few bogus reviews. I insisted they stop and refund my credit card, after a heated discussion he said they would do the refund, that we have not yet seen. There was NO problem with her email account, it works just fine. I did contact Discover card to file a claim that is still pending. Since 6/9/22, my *************** has been hacked numerous times, and I got unauthorized access to my ****** account. We did change all of our account passwords and ordered new credit cards. Save yourself a lot of headaches and worries with someone getting your personal information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with IZACCESS INC. !!!
