      What a shiiit show, we ordered furniture paid for the white glove service, no furniture ever came. They called and said that there was no communication about the delivery, and scheduled another delivery service this time no white glove service which I’m now completely lost on money wise for this Friday, and they called and said that it can’t be delivered on that day and now I have to wait until mid feb. Meanwhile we threw out our furniture for the first delivery service. What’s going on here!! What kind of garbage business are you running over there. Robbing peoples money for furniture that I’m never going to get cause you can’t get it together….so now I have no furniture, and no future scheduled date for furniture cause you it’s too far away and I have to wait until mid Feb.

      This store have not good communication. Gives wrong information and make you waste your time.
      I bought a set of King bed that cost me over 4K and the rail broke after 4 years of sometime use. When I submitted the claim as per the manager recommendation, after she reviewed the invoice, the insurance denied it. I end up fixing the rail which was not builded propertly. We paid a good amount of the money for a bed and Ashley should do better to keep their customers.
      I am done forever with Ashley.

      In June 2021 I bought a new bed set by October 2022 it has completely fallen apart. I was told to file a claim online because it’s under the 5 year warranty. I file a claim on oct 14,2022. I was told I was given credit on Nov 3 and to go to the store and to schedule for a new replacement. It has been a waste of time, I go in they claim there’s nothing in the system. And they would call once they get it. It’s now Jan 2023, ashleys I’m so disgusted and disappointed with your services and quality of furniture. Almost $4000 I spend all I been getting the runaround. And all I have is broken furniture

      This place sells the worst furniture. The leather pits and peels after 2 years. And the warranty says it covers it. But when you call. It's a flat out lie. ******* not. Save your money and go somewhere else. We barely used our dinning set and all the leather is pitted and on the floor. They should shut this place down.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I bought $4,900 of furniture from Ashley Furniture store 059 on 12/31/2019. They applied tape to the legs of the Queen adjustable base and I only noticed this once my family recently moved. Now the legs are wobbly and won’t screw back in. The adjustable base cost $924. The drawers to my dresser did not go back in and I had to literally find a way to fix the rails for myself. I spent $400 on a so called 5 year worry-free warranty company that doesn’t cover anything and believe me it is not worry-free (more like a total scam). I’ve called Ashley furniture store and have only been getting the run around. I have called the numbers they gave me and directed to people who do not help at all. My mattress has been on the floor for months now and it’s really hard especially when I have a rare autoimmune disease that effects my joints. Hence, the main reason why I thought to spend the extra money on an adjustable bed with massage functions. This has been the purchase from ****. I feel like the salesperson just wanted to get commission and sell me a fraudulent extended warranty. I seriously need someone to rectify this issue. It has become a total nightmare!!! What company adds tape to make legs stick on to a base. I mean these legs don’t even screw back into the groove. Not to mention they added 1 leg that was shorter than the rest. No one from this company has helped me or knows what to do. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again!!!!

      Never again. I’m disabled and needed a new bed. Was misled by what I purchased. Was told at signing to wait four hours for bed to rise. ???
      Bed was higher in the middle and caused pain. Was told a tech would come to inspect the mattress in 7 days. Now sleeping on floor of my studio apartment.
      Was told I signed off at delivery. Was also provided a twin mattress and metal frame that was not the finished product at the time of signing. Was misled. I will file a lawsuit if I do not get a refund.
      My *********** even called their rep. Was told they would try to expedite the service call. This company is a nightmare. They tell you to sign off at delivery and then you’re told not to touch the bed for 4 hours.
      Misled and now in horrible pain.
