  No price quoted up front. Uses shell companies to bring in clientele. Way overcharged for parts. ****** reviews for the local company I thought I was hiring are clearly fake. Deceptive practices. Use someone else.

  I called ******** Bros Garage Door Repair. Best Garage Door LLC showed up. I wanted to repair my manual garage door. I asked him what it would cost. He told me it started at $600. When he got the final bill it was $3,692. The springs that he replaced are available from Lowes for $45 a pair. He charged me $650 a piece. The cables are $25 a pair. He charged me $250 a piece. The pulleys are $14 each. 4 for $56. He charged me $225 a piece, 4 for $900. He was here for an hour 15 minutes. He charged me $600. There was an additional $175.85 service fee. I don't know what that was for. The totals were springs $45 cables $25 pulleys $56 Grand total $126 What he charged me $2700 Then when he left, my garage door still doesn't close right.

  I called the Best Garage Doors LLC to repair the cable ,spring and pulley. They did not give me a estimate. they took it a upon them selfes to replace all parts of the door and all brackets they never asked me to approve the work they did. to When they were done they gave me a bill of $2,628 dollars I told him that I did not have that kind of money I told him all I wanted to just have the cable repair ,he said well it is already done . he asked me if I have cash so would not have to pay taxes I gave him $1000 cash and I gave him a post dated check for $1628. I had my brothers had the same work done on his garage door for $500, I had another company look at the workand said it should be no more than $600 . I am 75 years old and on Social Security I feel I was extremely over priced and they took advantage of me being a senior . The work they did was good but they didnt asked first dont use this company severly over charged

  Do not use this company! They are scam artists. They quote prices that are inflated and do mediocre work at best. They charged $800 to replace springs and then claimed that the motor had to be replaced. They had to come out the following day to readjust the springs. We were fools for not showing them the door. Please learn from our costly mistake

  Total *****! Do not use this company under any circumstance, what they are doing is criminal! They scammed me out of 2400 dollars for an hour with of work!!! He replaced my garage springs and wheels without an estimate and then charged me an insane amount of money. I am elderly and my husband just had surgery and I was desperate to get someone here. He is extorting the elderly and the business should be shut down immediately!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was charged $300 to install a $11 lock in 10 minutes of work. The technician who came to give me the quote originally wanted $575! Only after haggling did he come down to $300 after telling me he had to special order a new lock due to an irregular door size and the existing one being bent. They never even changed the lock bar and instead unscrewed 4 screws and replaced the old lock with an $11 one from ********** and called it a day. I figured this had to be mistake so I called up the company and was told this was no mistake, and that I "actually got a good deal." I asked the person on the phone (possibly the owner) if he thought $300 was fair for a job a monkey with a screwdriver could do. He then compared himself to a DENTIST saying that I was paying for his "expertise" and he gets plenty of customer and didn't need my *************** learned, I'll never use this company again and you'd be better off lighting your money on fire then calling them.

  While they did come quickly because my garage door emergency release would not reengage, I feel that we were overcharged. For a two car garage Two sets of springs and cable wire cost us. $3300 and this pricing was "discounted" Please make sure to get estimates. I feel very foolish and just want others to learn from my mistakes. My neighbor had his springs ,cable and garage door opener recently replaced for $700, so imagine how foolish I feel.

  We needed to get our car into the garage, and the door wouldnt open. Without comparing prices for this service, we found this company online. They fixed the problem, but handed us an invoice for $2500 to replace all parts. As an afterthought, we checked with other garage door services and were told that the cost should have been less than half of what we paid Best Garage Door LLC. We trusted that we had paid an honest price for parts and services rendered. By not taking the time to comparison shop beforehand, we hastily chose a company which exploited us with an unreasonably high price.

  Completely dishonest and will scam you out of your money.They will first provide you with a very high cost for repairs then ask you what's the highest you're willing to pay. In the end they didn't even do both springs on the garage door. Preying on people's desperation is such a pathetic tactic.
