      Home Warranty of America is completely fraudulent. After paying 1 year's worth of monthly payments my AC stopped working when I filed a claim they denied it saying their contractor found the unit to be dirty and not maintained so they were denying the claim. I provided them with maintenance records and pictures of the unit being cleaned by a local reputable AC service company. They didn't care I had records of a properly maintained unit all they care about was denying an appropriate claim. I would strongly recommend avoiding them they have a pattern of fraud and the state's Attorney general should go after them. If there is a class action I will def participate.
