  On 6/22/2024, I called Service Plus Home Warranty company to report a plumbing problem. They sent a plumbing company to see what needed to be done. That was the only good thing that happened. After that they constantly gave me the run around. They first said they could not get access. Not only did they have access, I have a picture of the plumbers standing in my living room. They cut a hole in the ceiling to see where the pipe was leaking. I could not get them to come back to fix the pipe. I had to hire a plumber to complete the job. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. At this point I only want my $1,200.00 that they have charged me. so disappointed in ******* who sold me this plan. And, he said he goes to bible study. Don't know what he's learning to be working for a company of scammers.

  I was with a home warranty company for 7 years before switching to Service Plus because they offered a slightly cheaper rate. While their customer support is faster and more responsive, their coverage is extremely disappointing. They constantly push back on claims and dont cover basic issues like leaky valves, rust from normal wear and tear, or water leaks from the ** or water heater. They lure you in with a discount if you pay for 3 years upfront and assure you that if you cancel early, youll get a prorated refund. I even recorded the sales representative confirming there would be no cancellation fees. However, thats not truethey charge you for any services rendered during the coverage period. For example, if they provided $600 worth of repairs, they deduct that from your refund and still keep your monthly payments. This company is a scam! Avoid them at all costs!

  Service Plus is a rip off. This company takes your money and refuses to do any repairs. There employees are unprofessional and rude especially ***************************. He yelled at me and accused me of making the technician THEY hired say what I wanted about the diagnosis. How can I make a total stranger report an issue which I have no knowledge of. Service Plus is not a company you should go with, or you will lose your money. Look at all the other reviews before you invest in this company.

  Still waiting after 4 months for reimbursement of $350 for a washing machine we had to buy because Service Plus couldnt fix our other one. I have tried calling many times and continue being told that the check will be escalated and I would receive notification when its mailed out. As of today, its still in processing and theyll let me know when its approved and mailed out.

  I should have read this before reaching out to **** to fix our refrigerator. The techs cancel appointments or do not show up, and when they do finally show up they are not qualified to fix the issues.

  The company lied about repairing our air conditioning system. We paid $48/ mo for service work, in addition to $75 for a contractor to come a service our system. Two technicians came out and looked at our system and stated the system needed to be replaced. After a volley of back and for between Service Home Warranty and Keepe the repair service, nothing was done. My wife talked to a supervisor from Service Plus name *****, he stated that he couldnt refund any money and he couldnt come up with an answer why the service wasnt completed after three weeks.

  I purchased a home warranty from Service Plus (formerly Total House Protection) in February of 2019. It was to be a 5-year plan. It ends this coming February. I paid $1947 and was to get service calls for a fee of $45 per claim. I only put two claims in this entire time. One for a broken garbage disposal which they rejected because the Technician they sent said there was a ground up spoon in it which damaged it. Then on 7/28/24 I again put in a claim because my AC went out during the hottest weather of the summer!! I am 67 years old and have 6 cats that were sitting in that heat!! Two days later they finally e-mailed me and said they couldn't find a technician and to find my own! So, I hired a local firm and had it fixed myself. They sent me an email to fill out a form and said they would put $200 towards the repair with a prior authorization needed before any work was done!! So, I called them today and explained that I had sent the form to them on the 2nd. They again refused to pay because I went ahead and had the work done. I told her i was a senior in life threatening heat so yes I had it fixed. They are worthless!!!

  A SCAMneeds to be investigated!!!! I paid a plumber $400 to have my toilet snaked, because he said it wasnt covered under the warranty and am having the same issue not even a week later. Called the plumber back and said the job is only warranted for 3 ***** will have to call the home warranty company again. Cant get through to anyone for F**K**G HELP!! Need to be SUED!!!!!!!

  Terrible company salesman sold me a 5 year plan stating I **uld cancel at ANYTIME and be pro rated back the remainder of policy. Tried to cancel and they told me you only had 30 days to cancel there was nothing they **uld do for me. Terrible **

  These reviews are correct. Service plus is not the company you want to depend on. It has been 4 months and I still have not received my reimbursement ;er our agreement.
