    They must be a Scam. They have been harassing my business. I keep declining their solicitations, blocked their numbers and I keep getting their solicitations from different numbers.

    We are not scammers. We are certified and have been providing services for a very long time. We have more than ****+ clients for both credentialing and billing. We approach clients to see if we can assist them with our services or not. If you don't want to receive calls or texts from our side, you can ********** us know, and we will not approach you. The people who are not interested we put them on our DNC list. You may have issues with how we approach our potential clients but unless you use our service and we cannot satisfy you then you can decide what kind of a business we are. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by us.

    I and my office staff have REPEATEDLY declined your services and you continue to approach ** from different phone numbers, even after we had to resort to blocking your numbers. Your practices are clearly not professional, hence the scammers term. Please use this experience as an opportunity to stop harassing businesses who politely decline your solicitation.

    ************* Multiple times with different phone numbers I've received basically the same text (which I block to no avail): Warm greetings! We deliver pristine quality Credentialing/Contracting, Licensing, and Registering New LLCs. We can help you to get enrolled with ******************* and all commercial payors. We only charge $200 per application per Insurance.We also offer *************** Services at ****% of the collected amount. Please feel free to contact us for further details.Regards,(spam marketer's name)Don't use this business if you hate spammers who insist on putting you on call/text lists without your permission. Since they insist on doing a marketing practice that I have no way to stop them, then I will make sure that the public at large know who they are and what they do to hopefully stop them from this marketing approach.

    We never intend to bother people. We are dealing with Healthcare providers and we prefer to send them text messages because we know they are busy people so we don't want to bother them with calls. We receive responses via texting from our respective clients. If someone is not interested or says do not text. We put them as DNC and make sure they don't get any text messages from us. We apologize for sending you messages and will check with our team that your number is registered as a DNC. We are not scammers we have good reviews on BBB and we are serving over **** clients in Billing and Credentialing.

    I have a wonderful experience with this company and would recommend them. My private practice is thriving with their help. Those that I am working with in Credentialing, is ********************* and ****** Stream, and in their billing department ************************* and *************************. They are available when I call or they return my call same day to discuss my account. They are pleasant to work with. I trust them to care of my information.

    I would give this company zero star if I could. I paid $2k to process ******** and ******** applications plus some private insurance applications. They would not give any update unless you call them. Ten months later, no progress at all. When asked for a refund, I had to call them several times. I dealt with ********************* who I think was not at all in control with the operations and for the most part was polite. However, when I was pressing them for a refund, *************** jumped in the conversation and was extremely rude. Save your money, do not do business with this company at all. Big time fraud as ****** indicated. Very unprofessional. I cant believe I wasted 10 months of our time waiting for them and mean time, losing money as we are unable to provide services to clients who are covered by ******** and ********. BIG TIME FRAUD!!!

    We are apologized for the inconvenience that has caused. We have shared the Credentialing status with you long time back and requested to change the insurances names, as your specialty cannot be approved with the insurances you have selected. We were not sure before submitting the insurances applications we came to know once insurances start sending us letter notifying you can't get into their insurance panel. Despite of this we tried but it was not in our Hands. We sent all of your money back last month we have sent you $800 and on Friday we have sent you $1200 VIA Zelle. We have spent hours and hours on your work without getting paid. You were not cooperating with us and being very obnoxious. We tried talking to you very politely and you have hanged up on our face. We offered you once insurances start accepting your applications we will apply again, and we will not charge you anything. Please remove this complaint as we have already sent her money back and offered services without getting paid and she didn't pay us for the services and hours we have spent to her work. She is dragging this matter and being very egotistic. Please remove this complaint as we have done every possible thing and returned her money. We are working between insurances and providers as a bridge to make things smoother and get tangible results for our respective clients. We never involve in any fraud she is not easy to handle she just over speak on people and don't let others to talk.
