      Bought a couple of perfumes a week ago, received a tracking number that details the shipping label was created. Gift Express communicated that they shipped the item on Dec 26th. The tracking number has no more updates after a week. They messaged me to wait 48hrs, I did, emailed them back 2 days ago, no response.

      I placed an order with giftexpress.com that was to arrive prior to Christmas. When I emailed the company asking for tracking information, they replied (copied from email) :Hi,We would like to inform you that, the order has not been shipped yet because the payment is pending so kindly contact PayPal and complete the transaction.I replied on 12/24/22 with a screenshot showing it was immediately taken from account. I have not received a reply, shipping/tracking info and the product has not arrived. I have emailed again askin for a refund, no response again.

      I have sent my product for a return a like almost 2 weeks ago. I been calling and emails back and forth to get a refund but I have been told that they have not processed my request yet even though return was received back on October 5th.       I purchased a fragrance from this company last week and a tracking number was provided but there was a catch ONLY label was created and theres been zero updates to tracking in almost a week which is abnormal. The company stated wait 48hours which I did as they acknowledged it was unusual and theyd help. Since then theyve not responded to any email or phone call and refusing to help and refund. They never actually shipped the item And are trying to keep my money and the item.

      On Sept. 16, 2022 I ordered a 3.4 oz bottle of DKNY Be Delicious perfume from Gift Express. $48.90 was taken out of my checking account with my debit card of Sept. 17th for the purchase. I was told that it would take 4 days for delivery, My order number was ********* and my tracking number was 940011120255738177****.After 7 days of no receipt I emailed and was told there was a computer problem with batch 85 and it would be resolved shortly. I also got another message saying my order was shipped and it had a different tracking number ***********************). On the 9th day I got a message saying my order had shipped and I could track it using the first tracking number. I tried tracking it several times and it always said shipping label prepared, awaiting item to be shipped. I talked to a **** representative and she told me the **** tracking number was mine however the item has never been received by **** to be shipped. The 2nd tracking number, **** was for a package going to ******, ********. I got a message from **** saying that package was delivered to ******, ********. I have emailed [email protected] twice more about my order and have not received a reply. The cost of the product with tax was $48.90. I either want the product or my money refunded.
