      I wanted to cancel the my 3 months appointment. They said when I signed up all I had to do was call. I tried to call and they basically wont stop it. Now they are sending it to collections because I dont want to pay for a service I didnt get .

We went ahead and waived the $159.94 invoice and also clarify that it wasn't for a service visit, but for canceling the agreement prematurely. There are no other charges and the account is closed.       A man came knocking on my door and I couldn't get rid of him. Finally I agreed to try their service and spray the outside of the house to eliminate bugs (mosquito's). The guy must've called and text me 20 times even though I emphasized I was working from home and had conference calls. I gave him a one hour window when they could come and spray. NO SHOW! Four hours later I see a strange man on my lawn spraying something. I emphasized that it was not a convenient time. He was 4 hours late, and I told him get off my property and don't come back. Nothing about this was professional and being new to the area I'm a little skeptical about strangers showing up at their leisure. The next thing I know I'm getting non stop phone calls and texts from multiple numbers seeking payment for a job that was never performed. They told me he did his job and I told them I still had mosquito's. Then they told me I still had the mosquito's because they didn't finish his job. OK so why am I being harassed for a partial job?? I had to block all the different numbers on my phone because they wouldn't leave me alone. Now I'm getting collection letters. They're trying to charge me $150 for a job not complete and since doubled that price for the collections. These people need to be shut down or taught how to run a business. I am NOT a teacher and just want to be left alone.

      Their salesman ********** in Sussex County, ** came to my home and pitched an intro service for $300 to get rid of wasp nests. Told him I was not interested in signing up for long term contract but would do the one time service he was pitching and if I wanted to pursue something further would call him. He showed up the next day to do the service - charged us more than the $300 he pitched - said a receipt would come via email which it NEVER did. Then he disappeared that day and left the technician he brought with him to finish the job (mediocre and less than what he pitched). He never returned my calls or texts when I asked about missing receipt. A month later we found out when a technician returned to our house that he forged my husbands initials and created a contract for us that we NEVER signed up for or agreed to. He has yet to return my calls or messages. Technicians continue to show up and I have to tell them to get off our property because we did not sign up for service. I never received a receipt for the one time service or have any info from them whatsoever. *** asked technicians to have a manager call me *** called and left messages. Company doesnt return our calls. This is not about cancelling a contract - this is about a sales rep misrepresenting the company and its services and FORGING a contract we NEVER agreed to. Id like this resolved before having to take legal action because one of their employees forged a contract. This is beyond criminal.

      Empty promises and expectations not met. ******** was a nice guy and promised the world. But unfortunately never delivered. When we agreed on the service schedule, they never showed up. It took a week and half for them to come. I had to follow up twice for them to come. And when they came, they missed a number of spots and nests that were in sight. The level of care of service is very low. The salesman gave me every excuse in the book and promised to make it right, so I gave him a second chance. That second chance was a flop. They didnt come on the right date or time. Worse, I watched the guys spray, they cut corners everywhere. They seemed like they just wanted to leave. When I finally had enough, I asked to cancel the contract. A week later, the contract never cancelled. I reached out to the salesman, he gave me every excuse and said he did it and will do it again. As expected, he didnt. I wouldnt recommend or ever use this company again.

      Date of service- 7/14/2022 Amount charged- $108.63 Type of service- Mosquito removal Ecoshield was given my contact info by an employee that works for them b/c I was looking to hire a company for mosquito removal for my parents home. They called on 7/1 from ************** without an actual price & quickly told me they would send me a contract thru text message where i can click the link-sign and input my credit card info. Then they would call me back with a date they would be able to service. I read the link thoroughly & realized their price was higher then the price a company had just given me about an hour earlier. So i did not sign the contract or pay the three hundred & something dollars that they wanted to begin mosquito removal. I then paid for mosquito removal services from another local company. And went about my days. The company i hired was due to treat my parents home the week of July 10th, they stated a rep would text me a confirmation of date/time. On 7/11/22 I received a long generated text asking me to confirm my MOSQUITO SERVICE (in capital letters just like that) for 7/14/22 with my parents property address. Text stated to reply yes to confirm or call to reschedule. I typed yes to confirm my appointment.They arrived and did a treatment and was tipped by my father. The following day my Father calls me to tell me there is a big sign on the lawn that (the company i hired) serviced the property today. 7/15/2022.Now i realize there is a big mistake b/c who was the person he tipped on 7/14/22. I go back to the text confirmation and realize ECOshield texted me that email confirmation. ALTHOUGH i never even hired them. I tried to call them multiple times w/ no answer. On 7/19 i received a call from a very hostile employee, after i explained what transpired she says "Oh well that's your problem I'm sending your **** to collections", I have tried repeatedly to resolve this. I do not understand how they set appts for unpaid/uncontracted clients.

      Company is running a scam. Its all over the internet. They came to my house and provided 1/4 of a service they are charging me for and did a poor job at it to the point that I cancelled the relationship within 2 hours of first being duped into agreeing to it. I want to warn others not to fall for their scam. Now I am receiving call after call and email after email and threats to send to collections for a service I never received and a portion of a service I disputed. It has been awful and they are taking advantage. What I wrote to them, in part: I have connected with many customer service agents on many occasions. Please speak with the territory manager who initiated my account. Please listen to your own recorded conversations regarding my issue - there are many of them. Our relationship - if we ever even had one - lasted all of 2 hours. I signed and cancelled the contract within hours, as permitted under ** law. You did not fulfill your obligations under the contract. You breached the contract. Your workers acted with negligence. As a result, I NEVER received this service. Please contact your own territory/ sales manager. The service includes 4 components: (1) outside spraying time #1, (2) inside spray time #1, (3) 30 days or so later outside spray #2, and (4) 30 days or so later outside spray #2. I did not receive that service and should never have even billed.I only ever received (1) above, which was done so poorly and so quickly and so hapazardly (as was already shared with multiple customer service agents), that I complained within minutes of the workers leaving to the sales manager / person who tried to sell me the contract just an hour or so before. As a result he apologized, and said nothing further would be done or charged. He kindly said thanks for the opportunity to try and win your business and that he hopes he can another time in the future. Please contact your own employee. Please cease these communications and this case.
