    I ordered a package from them and it never arrived. They sent me a picture of a house that isnt mine. I cant get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. *** sent numerous emails and tried calling on 6 different occasions. They dont answer phone and a generic answer machine that they dont respond to either. Ive called., left messages and emails. Im starting to think its a scam Company

    Made a purchase online Feb 12th from Pet Life..They are based in ****** **********..***********..Money was withdrawn from my acct..I purchased a 120 gallon aquarium, stand, and glass hood..Had emailed company only response was it will ship next week.mmext week came and no shipment..Called company and each time I was on hold for 13 minutes..phone would beep and got disconnected..My order number is SPL37453

    On 2/9/2024 I placed an order on the Pet Life website (*********************************************************************************************************************) for 16 2.5 oz bags of Fruitables Cat Treats Salmon/Cranberry (listed as "In stock!"), using Venmo as method of payment. My payment was immediately accepted and an email confirmation was received, but no estimated ship date. No further communication has been received.I regret that I didn't search for reviews/complaints prior to placing my order. Based on the reviews and complaints I found online I decided to take immediate action against Pet Life to pursue a refund. Last night I contacted ***** and explained the situation and they've filed a dispute and escalated my case to an Account Specialist.

    I placed an order for dog food and received an email confirmation of the order which said I would receive an email when it shipped. They charged my card immediately when I placed the order. I've received no further communication from this company. I've called multiple times and been on hold for a very, very long time each time. I've left voicemails, emails and messages with no reply. I feel that this company is a fraud. I wish I had read everyone else's complaints before I placed the order. At this point I just want a refund of my money.

    I placed an order for two cases of cat food (24 cans/case) through Pet Life on 2/4/2024 and have not received the shipping status of my order. My card has been charged for an amount of $136.16. I have called the company numerous times at this point trying to cancel the order and get a refund, however, no one has answered. I also sent a customer support inquiry through their website over a week ago and no one has answered. I have emailed separately to [email protected] and have not gotten a response to my request for the cancellation of my order. I feel this website is a scam taking money from customers. With so many complaints to the BBB, is this being actively investigated?

    I placed four separate orders for parrot food on February 2, 2024, for total of over a thousand dollar. Nothing has been shipped and as others have noted there is NO answer to the customer ervice phone number or emails: I am requesting these orders be CANCELED and a full and prompt refund to my credit card made.

    I ordered 3 of 30 count bags of Vetiq (Vet Works) Pill Treat Adv ******* *** Soft Chew Pills, order number SPL31242 on 1/17/2024 with 3 day shipping ********** Advantage. My credit card was charged immediately, and my order has not been shipped. I have called--no one answered, left a voice mail, and sent 2 emails. I need this order cancelled and my money refunded.

    The order was never delivered and they will not respond to emails, phone calls, or voicemail messages. We have tried on numerous occasions to make contact with them, but we have not received a response from this company. We just want our money back.

    Placed order on 11/24, order number ********. Company will not respond to emails (have sent 3) nor answer the 'customer service' phone - was on hold for 30 minutes. After research, I see this is a crappy company and I want a refund. I do not want their product, even if decide to ship it at this point. They appear to be selling (well, if you call taking your money but never shipping the product 'selling') recalled dog food. Victor recalled food due to salmonella, which can be deadly to pets and make humans ill. This is the product I ordered, as I was desperate to find Victor and thought they must have a lot that wasn't recalled - otherwise why would they sell it, right? Ha! Now after some digging, I realize that they are likely selling recalled food.

    I purchased 8 lb. of Pretty Bird International Species Specific African Bird Food and 5 packages of Papa Bow Wow Sweet Taters Dog Treats and Natural Chews 3 Inch 12oz bag
    I've tried contacting the business for three days in a row and after 20 minutes on hold, you get hung up on. Also emailed them with no response. So no, they won't help
    Order number was ********, on 11/16/23 I got an email from Amazon shipping (it could have come from Pet Life) saying the package was damaged in shipping contact sender. Tracking #*************** with this message:
    Your order from Pet Life LLC, shipped with Amazon shipping, We Couldn't deliver your package, we're sorry your package was damaged in transit and will not be delivered. Please contact the sender for help with this package. Again, they will not respond to phone calls or emails.
