    I had 8 windows installed in my home approximately 2 weeks ago. During the installation, the installer informed me two of the sashes were defective and they would need to send out a technician. *****, the technician, came out to my house this past Saturday only to inform me all 8 window sashes need replacing. During the production and inspection of the windows this should have been caught prior to my installing. This is poor quality. I spoke to the production manager and he informed me this is not the first time and they inspect for cracked glass, cracked frames, and the windows are not tested due to they are shrink wrapped. I asked for a discount and was told they dont provide them. I want a significant discount for this. I still owe the company half the balance of my windows: I will not pay if not given.

    The sash defects are being handled and have been since the day after the install, our customers have life time warranty of any defect to product as long as they own the home which we install at. Any issues with product or install after install is complete becomes a service.
    Install for this customer was Thursday September 21st, ,on September 22nd our service department contacted the customer and made a service appointment to inspect the issues with the windows.
    Our Service tech explained that the sashes needed to be reordered due to an 1/8 of an inch size issue which is a manufacturer defect.Those sashes are on order, the factory is sending them next week, as soon as they arrive in our warehouse we will contact customer to set up a service appointment to change out the defected sashes. All of this process is covered under warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because: due to I was told the day of installation that only two of the sashes were defective. Your service tech came out and informed me ALL 8 window sashes were defective. I was led false information by the installers. In addition, I requested I receive a further discount for this inconvenience. This was not addressed. I am welcoming in the production manager and manufacturer in my home Friday. I want a discount for all my inconveniences.
