    Owners are aware their window installers are making mistakes but they dont admit to them. The installers put screws in the frames which allowed rain water in & destroy my plaster ceiling. When contacted to address the problem their repairman admitted he knew exactly what the problem was. He had seen it before. Meaning the installers have done it before. After submitting plaster repair bills for $800 they sent a check for $400. I didnt ask for half. I asked for them to admit to their error that I had to live with and repair. I would love to submit photos of the destruction of my 80 year old home by this negligent company and absentee owners

    wish I could give Window World 10 stars. The salesman, scheduling, measuring and install were all wonderful experiences. I went with Window World after another company, with whom I signed a contract with, and later cancelled, was grossly dishonest with their turnaround/leadtime. Window World salesman **************, gave an honest presentation with product knowledge expertise and quoted a lead time of **** weeks. ************** was straightforward with pricing and transparent with all aspects of the project timeline. He scheduled measurements on the spot and as promised *****, showed up early to measure. Approximately one week after measure, I received a text from customer service who indicated my ********************* and patio door would be delivered Early July for the windows and August for the patio door. BOTH arrived early, and was able to schedule install the day after delivery! The installers were early as well. Neat, clean, respectful and super efficient as they were done with both projects within four hours without any issues. My patio door was 40 years old and both windows were new construction type installed 15 years ago. I cannot say enough of good things about this company. They stand by their product, are honest and last, but certainly not least, Window World came in $2500 below all three quotes that I received from Window Nation, ********** Window and Door and East Coast windows. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!
