      BUYER BEWARE. This is not a legitimate place of business. They steal your hard earned money and will avoid talking to you. They do not answer the phone or even the chat. I will be contacting the district attorney in their district to look into this fraudulent business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

      Purchased an item and paid 2-day shipping. Still has not arrived and tracking shows nothing has been shipped. Can't call the company phone as it send you through a no one available and hang up. Then try contacting parent company ******* Gifts and wouldn't you know they are terrible and can't get through there either. Avoid this company at all costs. Glad I can cancel payment through card company. Any reply from them on this comment 100% they did not help or resolve. they are just posting replies.

      Absolutely horrific store. They were rude and appalling. Werent willing to work with me on a return. It was unused, untouched, just purchased and way before Halloween. They asked me to donate, which I did. Then when I asked for help back they were rude and cold. I left the store in tears. I will never give them my business again and I advise everyone else to avoid them.

      I had an issue with an exchange today. Yesterday we bought two costumes and used their BOGO 25% off. Today we went in to exchange one for a smaller size. They didnt have the Mr *** costume in the size we needed so we got the 20s gangster. Both are the same price and look almost identical.. When we went to exchange she looks at my receipt and enters in the discounted price I paid and scans the new item and asks me for the difference. I said the coupon wasnt product specific and is still on your website so it should still apply. I even spoke with the manager who didnt understand what I was saying. If I exchange for something of equal value it shouldnt cost you more. I said what if I went home and got the 2nd costume and exchanged both and then used the 25% coupon again I wouldnt owe anything right? They didnt get what I was saying and said sure you can do that, do you want to go home and get it? I gave in and just paid and later read the coupon fine print and nowhere does it says the coupon is void on exchanged items or that customers must pay the full price.

      Made many purchases at out local store, a few items were not needed so I went In to return , come to find out I was past the date10/21. So no big deal I asked for store credit . I figured I can use it next year toward costumes.NOPE! And was told I could exchange. Thats it just exchange for something else. No store credit!! What !?! So basically if I dont find something else in your store right now Im out all the money I spent. Ok youve lost another customer. Will never be back again!

      This is literally the worst company ever! The invoice we received with our two costume, said that we could return by a certain date, with the wrong year, but we went with the date. We walked into a store on the date that was on the invoice, and they refuse to return the product. The girl that helped us when we came in was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Then when we asked to speak to the manager, she said the manager is not here. Then in talking to her, some more, and asking to speak to the manager yet again, she said I am the manager. then she magically disappear to go talk to a manager even though she was already saying she was the manager. She also said that yesterday was the last day to return, but then, in anShe also said that yesterday was the last day to return, but then, in a different sentence, said oh you only had 14 days to return from your order date. They obviously have no idea whats going on in the store. Everyone in the store was extremely disrespectful and not helpful and basically told us you need to call corporate and deal with it ourselves. When calling corporate to talk to them about it, they said the return policy was passed, even though I was looking at the return policy in my hand. They were all kinds of mistakes on the invoice. The person on the phone told me I couldnt return the costumes cause they were online only order, but nothing on my invoice says that. My invoice as I can return to **** stores nationwide. The person on the phone told me she was going to transfer me to a supervisor, then kept me on hold for over 25 minutes and never returned to the phone call. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect and lack of customer service that this company has. Especially at a time of inflation when people need to return things just to pay bills, this is insane! Shame on you Spirit Halloween.

      One star only bc I cant give zero. I cldnt find what my daughter and I wanted in store so we ordered online on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022. I selected the ship option that said it wld be delivered on Friday, October 21st, and they had a coupon to discount this shipping cost. They didnt give pkg to **** until 20th, so **** showed delivery by 9pm on Saturday, October 22nd! This is unacceptable! I chose and paid for the shipping that promised delivery on Friday the 21st, but **** says Spirit Halloween sent it with unguaranteed delivery, which means it cld arrive in 1, 2 or 3 days, which means it cld even show up Sunday. I NEEDED this for Friday, but they tricked me into paying extra for a delivery date they had no intention of fulfilling! I expect to get a FULL refund, including shipping, of $74.88 to my credit card.

      DO NOT order from this company! I placed my order in late September (assuming that was more than enough time to get here by Halloween) I had 5 items in my order, I only received 1 item, and all the other items had been delayed for weeks! 2 weeks before Halloween, I started receiving cancellation emails for each of the 4 remaining items. They said I would receive my refund within **** business days and I NEVER received any refund! **************** was NO HELP! Stay away from this company!!

      I would give it less than 1 star if I could. The package through ***** was not delivered to my address and is lost and or stolen. I have checked with my apartment leasing office, checked with ***** multiple times (both various facilities as well as customer service) and I continue to get shuffled back and forth without any real answers. ***** cannot dispute because the tracking ID isn't actually a part of their systems apparently which is outrageous. I called Spirit Halloween customer service and was left on the phone without the agent coming back to help me. Incredibly unprofessional and shady. I advise never buying online from them. I'm extremely disappointed in how bad Spirit Halloween operates for such a large merchant.

      I would give zero if it let me. I ordered online, received an email that the item was ready for pickup. I had not picked the item up but received another email that it had been picked up. Tried calling, can't talk to anyone at the store and it is far from my house so probably not worth the gas to drive there to be told it was picked up. Phone call center says there's nothing that can do, terrible business all around. I will not shop here ever again.
