    First off my Cancellation Specialist ****** was very good communicating with me through E-mails or telephone calls during the process. She kept me updated and was always professional and friendly during our conversations. My only negative was that it took longer than originally stated but I feel it was because the Resort was at fault since we had so many problems with them.

    Timeshare Legal stepped us through the whole process. Wyndham did all they could to drag it out as long as possible but Timeshare helped us to not get too frustrated ????

    I felt completely trapped in my timeshare. Timeshare legal was very through in explaining the process and expectations when dealing with the time share company. In less than a year I was able to get completely out of my timeshare. They told me exactly want I needed to do and when to do it, which took a lot of the stress and confusion away.
