    From the initial contact with Timeshare Legal, everything was clearly described to me and each interaction was professional and timely. The staff communicated with me frequently throughout the whole process. The time to arrive at full cancellation of my timeshare was explained to me and happened as explained. Any questions I had were answered quickly and the process proceeded as explained. I have only good things to say about Timeshare Legal and am so happy I chose them to help us out of this terrible experience. I fully recommend them to help anyone get free of their timeshare!

    We started working with Timeshare Legal in June 2024, and to be honest, we were very skeptical and nervous to sign up with them. There are so many scammers and we didn't want to lose more money than we already had by signing up for a timeshare, but we decided to take the chance. Our experience with Timeshare Legal was great! We worked primarily 2 individuals who were always responsive and answered the MANY questions that we had. They explained the steps and details and pretty much held our hand throughout the process. I just received an email from the Timeshare we signed up with that our contract was cancelled as of January 13th...YAY!!!!! So it took just over 6 months, which from what I hear is pretty fast, and we are so happy we took the chance and decided to work with Timeshare Legal. We are extremely happy with the services we received and are grateful that we are no longer tied ta timeshare! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get our of their timeshare contract!

    We started working with them 11/20/23, they ****. Literally, if you dont contact them, they dont contact me. They play on your O. We can help and they know people are desperate to get out of their timeshare. It is now 2/26/2025 and we not heard from them since 11/24/24. Which again , I had to contact them. The letters they send you could write those on your own. It is a waste of monies, that could be used to pay down your timeshare. The Law offices they used Capital Law dropped our case and said they could not help us. When you ask for a refund , because they have not lived up to the contract, they wont let you out. At this point they could keep the monies paid , just let us go. Terrrible ! Terrible ! Company , do not waste your monies on them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONIES ON THEM.
