    Timeshare Legal was so very helpful in this process in canceling my HGV Timeshare. The team here is phenomenal and communicated so much during the process. **** me updated monthly on all changes. Again 10/10 would recommend.

    My experience with Timeshare Legal has been a very positive and professional one. From the very first phone conversation to the last one they engaged me with concern, respect, and professionalism. The guidance I was given was clear, contextual and they always made sure that I understood the specifics of each stage of the process and how/if to respond to HGV. They also were very honest in explaining the time frame and possible variability. I was extremely suspicious of such companies but they gained my trust quickly and without any pressure. I am and always will be very appreciative of both what they did for me and how they did it.

    Timeshare lega. is NOT BBB credit. Let's be clear. The only way they say that they can deal with Hilton Grand Vacations, is to stop payments, and ruin our credit. DO NOT let them tell you any differently. Their ONLY solution.. is to RUIN YOUR CREDIT to end the contract. I have researched more online, and see that by having an actual lawyer, we do not have to ruin our credit.

    I'll be honest, when I was first contacted by Timeshare Legal, I thought that I was possibly being scammed! I didn't know my way around with respect to timeshare value or sales and I really wanted to dump my timeshare! Timeshare Legal made me take a breath and to understand that they were here to help and they did everything that they promised AND I'm now timeshare free legally!!! NO MORE HOA FEES!!!

    I am pleased to write this review. I have never written a review for BBB before today so you can imagine that I am very pleased and impressed with Timeshare Legal LLC (TS). A bit of background first. I was very pleased with our Marriott timeshare. However, my wife has become ill and is unable to travel any longer. So paying for the taxes and maintenance was no longer a good investment. I tried three timeshare "workout" companies. Two took our money and disappeared. Telephone calls went unanswered or were no longer in service. Needless to say, my faith in the "business" vanished, just like the fees. I do not know why I was willing to try again other than I did not want my daughter to be "stuck" with the timeshare liability after my passing. I did inform TS that I would be using my AMEX for all fees and would utilize their chargeback and investigation services if necessary. Long story short. It was not necessary. I began the process in October with an expectation that it would take a year. I checked in via email and telephone monthly and received feedback EVERY time within 24 business hours. The transaction was completed in six months.Needless to say I was pleased. D Snaman
