    Timeshare Legal helped us finally to cancel our timeshare with Wyndham.We could not have canceled it without them.

    *** signed up to this company. They are charging me $6200. They keep changing my customer relationship specialist person constantly. They never let me know what is going on every time. I question them they do not give me the right answers. I asked for a supervisor they tell me by this August 2024 everything will be settled. Meanwhile this month of July they have changed to another specialist that handles my account and now theyre having me send another letter to Better Business Bureau, I had to pay pocket priority. I am stuck paying $6200. I am in elderly person on a fixed income in my credit which they promised they would take care of. Havent seen anything yet. I am very frustrated paying into this money monthly and havent seen any results , I need to get out of this please

    Advisory processes in place and the time waiting to follow up, it's very poor. I had to be the one, as the client contacting them and following status of lack of steps as per their contract.The money it cost for the timesharelegal staff to perform their contract steps, it's not worth my money.I would not recommend this company.I requested cancellation in my early 90 days as per their failure steps to follow up, and they refused.It's better to sell your timeshare!

    This is a horrible process to go through but Timeshare Legal put me at ease and took on my case. Timeshare Legal kept me informed along the way and let me know where we were in the process. They give you tools and resources to have also fix your credit along the way. Thank you this meant a lot to me.

    Everyone was so helpful they answered all my questions. They got my case done and cancelled really quick. I would recommend time share legal to anyone that needs to get out of their time share .

    We are very happy with TimeShare Legal!!! They were very hands-on; they really cared about getting us out of our timeshare. The staff was amazing at reaching out with updates. The process took less than six months. Now we are no longer timeshare owners and can start saving and going on trips with no hassle. Thank you so much, TimeShare Legal, for everything!!!!!

    Working with Timeshare Legal was similarly like working with the timeshare. The follow through was horrific, what they stated they would do vs. what was done were two different things. We negotiated with the timeshare ourselves and came to a settlement. Timeshare took the credit... of course. We asked to have them negotiate their fee but the will not. Interesting how they say they will negotiate settlement fees for you with your timeshare but they do not do so for themselves when they have not lived up to their end of the deal.DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEGOTIATE ON YOUR OWN.

    The experience we had with Timeshare Legal far exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical about whether or not this service was legit at first. The staff at Timeshare Legal was great to work with--very thorough, always communicated during the process and followed through on everything they said they'd do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs these services!
