  At first I was hesitant as there were a lot of companies that I was hearing being advertised on the news but have not heard of Timeshare Legal. I began to question myself to see if I made the right decision with choosing them. As the process progressed they had proven to me that they were a force to be reckoned with. They stay in contact with you, they advise you every step along the way and they get back to you almost immediately when you have questions and, most importantly, they stand by their word. In fact, the process took less time than they told me. I am extremely happy. I would recommend Timeshare Legal to anyone who wants to truly get out of their timeshare.

  Once they got our money they have been sketchy at best. *************************** said she would have monthly updates which we don't receive. Many times I have indicated my apprehension with TimeShare Legal not doing their job and being a scam which **** has tried to vaguely reassure my concerns when she does respond but she answers with the same responses others have reported which are " these things take time" . The more I push for answers she backpeddles and says they are working behind the scenes that she can't disclose or folks would do this themselves. We were told that we should stop paying the timeshare we have, we have a 100% guarantee the timeshare will be canceled, a possibility of our equity or part of it returned to us and our credit will be left unharmed. None of which we have seen. When we asked how long the process would take we were told about 9 months and we are pushing 2 years with no updates, action on the case and cancelation.

  I had a great experience with Timeshare Legal and so grateful (and relieved) that my timeshare has been terminated! Timeshare Legal managed the entire process for me and were successful in terminating the timeshare, which is what they promised to do. Trust the process - it works!

  Ironically, I came on here to show a friend reviews and provide credentials for a company that I used to work for Timeshare legal. I have to say that I am so upset by reading these negative reviews, and I felt like it was my duty to write a review of my own as an ex-employee of this company. I would prefer to remain anonymous here as I left that company with no warning due to my own personal issues. The stress of this position really got to me. You couldnt imagine how many people have been a victim of the ** industry. Marriages ruined, in debt 100s of thousands of dollars for something they cant even use. Elderly who are in tears bc they cant afford the timeshare mortgage payment and their medical bills. The reviews stating that Timeshare legal is a scam and they dont provide the service couldnt be further from the truth. I still find myself reliving the traumatic conversations from the clients. It was very hard not to take these situations personal and I was surrounded by an office full of coworkers who felt the same. So as a former employee, this post is for the employees also who probably read these, and really take it to heart. Dont give up trying to help people not everyone is going to appreciate you for it. **** knows I needed to hear these words when I was doing this! We were trained extensively, and the standards of company were high. The company cares. It ripped me apart leaving but I was not cut out for what it takes to do this job. Its not for the weak for sure. I was doing everything I can to get ppl canceled out of their ownership and the Resorts dont make things easy. They do everything they can to make it difficult for you to help these people. But the company produces they will get you out of this! I hope this review helps sway someones decision to hire Timeshare legal. Its just a shame to see a negative review towards them because theyre the ones who are helping people. They are not a scam!

  I contacted Timeshare Legal for help in terminating my timeshare contracts. I had tried to do it myself without any success. After meeting with their associate I decided to work with them. Everything they suggested that I do came out exactly as they said it would. I would absolutely recommend them if you are trying to terminate these fraudulent transactions.

  This company worked with me through out the process, there was sometimes where I just received an email which I myself like to hear a voice. I did ask for them to call which in return they sometimes did do that. Overall, my contract with Westgate was cancelled within about 10 months, and I am satisfied with their service. I see a few a bad reviews which I don't know what happened with them but it's clearly not what happened to me. They didn't ask me for any $ upfront and the fee was less than a few others I quoted out. And credit wasn't an issue for me. My credit got dinged once, because I chose to discontinue my payments with them because I didn't want to waste any more money on Westgate. Westgate is the company I despise the most!!! I would rather have my credit dinged than give another $ to them!!!! Sorry about the tangent, but I'm excited about being out and they are a trustworthy company, had my doubts at first but they got me out. Thank you and advise, even if your *****, make the jump and just start going to expedia!! No need for a timeshare.

  My wife and I became a *********************** Owner after a high-pressure sales pitch. We almost immediately regretted that decision after being billed for high maintenance fees, the inability to book the locations we desired, and a health crisis which limits our ability to travel. I researched how to leave Bluegreen and spare damage to our credit. We chose Timeshare Legal and it was a good decision. It was a straightforward process, and, in the end, we eliminated over $30,000 in debt without damage to our credit. The entire process took a little under nine months. **************
