  It was a long process and it finally played off. The Team at Timeshare legal worked hard to take care of my issue and went the extra mile to take care of my credit report.

  Timeshare legal is a scam. They promised me 9months to get out of the contract. Its been a year now. They are taking my money every month with no results in getting out of the time share. When I asked to get out of the contract with time share legal they will not allow that happen either. Im very overwhelm and Im feeling no progress with this company. At some point I didnt even have a case worker. Phone calls had to be made regarding my account and updates. ******************* the account manager tried to blame me for no contact. In which the case manager left the company. Months went by before I knew what was going on. At this point Id rather just deal with my timeshare which is Westgate resorts. I want out of the contract with timeshare legal. They are no good

  Like other reviews, we too have had a bad experience with Timeshare Legal. DO NOT use this company if you're trying to cancel your timeshare. Per the contract, if they are unable to cancel your timeshare, you are entitled to 100% money back guarantee. May 2023 was the end of the three years. My husband and I spoke to them requesting our refund and they (*****, Director of ****** Services) has the audacity to say their contract does not say that. She stated that Timeshare Legal determines if a timeshare is unable to be cancelled. From reading reviews, they are notorious for this. We abided by the contract and did everything they told us to do, to only find out they were not able to hold up their end of the contract. Not good for business!!

  My contract with Timeshare legal after 3 years. They have not been able to get me released and ***** not refunded my fee. Their contract explicitly states They. Would refund the moo my fee if not successful. I have sent three emails an left a message. They hAve not contacted me. They are fraudulent.***********************

  I wasnt going to write a review since its usually not my style. Everyone has an opinion nowadays, so I feel like mine just gets lost amongst the masses. However, I was pleased with the service I received from Timeshare Legal and feel a couple of the reviews on here paint an erroneous picture. First of all, they did not ask me for any money upfront. That was the main thing that prompted my wife and me to set the initial appointment. So, Im not sure what some of the other reviews are referring to. I distinctly remember asking ***** if my payments would be lower if I put something down, and he discouraged me from doing so. I also noticed a few people saying that they couldnt reach their agent. I also ran into that at one point. I called ******** about 6 months into the process and got someone elses voicemail. Since I ran my own business for 28 years, it was pretty obvious to me that maybe she wasnt with the company any longer. I called the main number and someone confirmed my hunch and apologized that they hadnt reached out to tell me yet. I didnt find this to be a big deal and definitely not worth an online complaint. It took about 9 months to get the paperwork from ********, and then another month or so for everything to be final. ***** had given us an estimate of **** months so that panned out also. They didnt call me as much as I expected, but they did call every time there was something important to discuss. Our credit is not damaged and we are out of our Marriott and the $38,260 loan balance. To me, thats what matters! I dont have friends that own timeshare, but if I did, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Timeshare Legal because they delivered as promised. If youre looking for a magic wand to waive over your situation, keep looking because it doesnt exist. If you are looking for a good team of people who know the industry that will get you taken care of, these are your folks. I hope this helps someone. Take care.

  I can't thank the team at Timeshare Legal enough. I never thought we would get here and I am glad for what's next. My experience was great and I highly recommend them if you are looking to get out of your timeshare.

  If your thinking about using timeshare legal dont!!! There a scam company they promised me that if a pay there fee upfront little over $4000 they would cancel my timeshare after 3years on April 18 there contract will end and they havent even tried to cancel the timeshare. After almost 21/2 years sending them emails and statements and doing exactly what they asked timeshare legal tried to send me to another company timeshare curs and asking for more money and time to cancel, I didnt agree. So now its time to pay back they have Blocked my phone numbers and giving me the runaround. So please stay far away from them as possible. If you also notice if any one gives a negative review they say you have the wrong company. Also funny how they dont give you a phone number to call on their response.

  I have read some of the other testimonials here and I think that most likely they are from other timeshare exit companies because I did not encounter any problems like they did. My experience was great and they saved me over $30,000. We were skeptical about this process, however we made the decision to spend the money and get out of our Hilton Timeshare. The process took about 18 months like the stated in the beginning, but by the end of the 18 months we had received notice that our timeshare was gone. This was a great relief to us. We now know that the timeshare industry is filled with a lot of fast talkers that prey on people who like to enjoy their leisure time. They get you in a room and paint all these grand and glorious scenarios and overwhelm you to the point that you cant pass on their offer. They fail to tell you that this is a lifelong commitment for you and your family. My wife and I did fall for all this and before we knew it we were $50,000 in debt. After looking at several ways to help us exit this scam that we had gotten ourselves into, we talked to Timeshare Legal, LLC and decided to have them help us. They came through for us and although we had to pay them to relieve us of the financial burden we were under with Hilton Timeshares. Thank you Timeshare Legal for doing this for us.
