    My car was damaged while on their parking lot while I traveled. I simply asked that the security camera be reviewed for the thirty minute period during which my car was moved by their staff from the parking spot to the entrance. I got absolutely no cooperation; instead I got a response saying that it could not possibly have occurred on the lot. The response was rude and unprofessional and grossly failed to remedy the situation.

    Left our car in this facility from June *****, 2024. When picked up on June 21st. key fob that was given back to us for our vehicle did not work. Luckily had another fob along that we used. We assumed battery was dead in first key fob. When we got home took fob to car dealer to insert another battery, but when fob taken apart there was not a motherboard in fob. Had to pay $426.22 to replace motherboard in fob, After calling many times, and sending an email to customer service at ********************** decided to try this route.

    If I could give it minus stars I would. Horrible service, rude workers and not helpful at all. I bought a Groupon online but was told that I cant use it because I didnt make reservations before hand. Front desk staff was unprofessional and extremely rude, charged me almost 200 for the 7 days. When we arrived back to ****** me and my two young kids had to wait for over 30 minutes for the shuttle but other company shuttles made several rounds. They had only one shuttle running, when I called to see what was the hold up, I was rudely hung up on several times. Back at the parking spot I asked to speak to the manager and was once again dismissed and told me that its not there issue that I waited for over 30 min. Would not recommend.

    On 3/18/24, we returned to pick up our car; we left our keys, as required. They have loudspeakers claiming 24 hour surveillance. My wife could not open the front passenger door to get in due to the right front side being hit. We went inside and ***** came out and suggested we call the police, which we did. They came- we told them the story and they filed a report that we have. Since then, I called about 8 times and could not get a response from anyone in charge. They always said ***** wasnt in our was busy- they asked for my email. I emailed them and a worker suggested I call my insurance company. I did and They cannot help since I dont have collision coverage on an 8 year old vehicle. I emailed that to them and requested the name of their insurance company- no response..I have photos but they do not download and I have videos also and copy of police report

    Last night my fianc and I returned from DR. we had dropped off car on December 1 and I dropped off keys at that time. When we returned to lot, the car key was present to start my car but the keys attached to my car key were missing. Who takes peoples keys? We contacted the girl and she spoke to manager *****. They did nothing to help and we could not get into our apartment last night. I am filing a report with ************* because someone has keys to our home so I will have to change locks. The manager said he would call in the morning and has not. I called and the person said he is not in. These people are unprofessional to say the least. The manager said last night to the girl that works there that he would refund me and send keys if they find them. My question is why would you remove someone's keys off the keychain? Beware to use this place.

    I prepaid and scheduled my parking in advance. After delays in dropping off my vehicle because of staffing, I was able to reach the airport on time. On pickup, however, I nearly had to get the police involved to retrieve my car. Upon my return landing, I attempted to call the number on the ticket I was given after parking my car. I called repeatedly over ***** minutes and had to Uber to their location. I arrived to find that, although this is a 24/7 facility, absolutely no one was working aside from the shuttle driver who had no idea what was going on because he didn't realize there was no one there to inform him of a pickup. He frantically called others over the next ***** minutes. A worker who was not on duty showed up after about half an hour and immediately gave me attitude. He said he was under no obligation to help me because he was off the clock and he wouldn't accept that I was angry after my car being held without reason and for incompetence on the part of the business. It was eventually communicated to me that the individual who was supposed to man the facility simply never showed and no one was informed. I was being denied my car and called the police because I had no other recourse. Eventually the worker had a change of heart, returned my keys, and took me to the car so that I could leave. Again, this is a 24/7 parking garage that had no employees on site. In summation, I had to pay to return to a location that was supposed to have a shuttle and was then denied retrieval of my vehicle because no one was on premises.

    Made a reservation with this company to leave my car while traveling to ******* for a week gave the company all the info for the return date which was around **** pm so when we got to the lot to pick up our car we were told that we are late and we would have to pay an extra 30 dollars to get our keys so the attendant told ** that the reason we were getting charged is that we were supposed to land at 3 pm which was a mistake and we gave them the correct time and still continued to say that in wasnt true so we had to pay I read some of the reviews on ******** and on line theyve been other customers that went thru what we went thru on the night of July 29 this is a scam to make more money out of customers that I think paid a reasonable amount to park our cars while we went on vacation
