    Do not park here! This is not a professional or responsible business, there is no customer service if you have any issues or complaints. Our car was dropped off with full tank but returned half full. We had a problem being pick up and when we called the office the man was very rude and spewing profanity . When I called the next day to complain someone who claims he is the manager basically didnt want to address the gas issue and I could hear someone in the background saying that I probably provoked the profanity and then they hung up!!

    Do not park at Park 2 Go and do not use Airport Parking Reservations.com to make a reservation. If you make your reservation through Airport Parking Reservations.com they - charge you a full days fee for each part of a day your car will be parked at a lot - they ask for the time you will pick up your car, not the day, so you must guesstimate the time between your plane's scheduled arrival, the time customs or luggage retrieval will take and then the time it will take for the transport will pick you up at the airport and then drop you at the parking lot. If you parked at Park 2 Go they will - charge you a "late fee" if you arrive more than 30 minutes after the pick up time you indicated on your reservation even if it is in the same day (calendar day or 24 hour period) you already paid through Airport Parking Reservations.com - the late fee is equal to or greater than a full day's parking charge This is a scam with both companies partners in it.

    My car was parked at Park2Go from June 16th to June 25th, when I received my car I noticed missing small pouch from my glove box.In this pouch I kept tolls and gas receipts and some money for toll payments,bills 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s all about $70,00.I made report to office worker, and lady advised me to write email. So I sent email to notify management about this incident, but got no answer at all, zero.Very unsave place, things my be stolen from your car...

    *************************************** ************** Parking Indoor or Outdoor If I could give them a negative 5 star rating I would, DO NOT PARK HERE. I have used this establishment for the past few years and have always wondered if when I pay for indoor parking do the really park your car indoors, well I found out the hard way during the last storm ( Hurricane ***) my Jeep Grand Cherokee was parked here, and after a long flight home and getting my bags as directed by this establishment I call to be picked up as I usually do but this time it takes over 40 minutes to be picked up and when we get to the lot I don't see my car parked out front as it usually is when I return (a clue that something is wrong) I then proceed to the office with my claim ticket where they retrieve my keys and direct me to my vehicle which is NOT parked indoors but parked outside where it was affected by Hurricane *** it was Flooded and Dead probably a total loss. But remember I paid for indoor valet parking and if my Vehicle was parked indoors there would have been little to no damage. The staff was very rude and only demanded payment for their **** poor service. They lied to cover up their mistakes and mismanagement. The customer service is really bad, there were several other customers that were left stranded after returning to the lot finding cars flooded and inoperable. There was no pre-notification of damage so that customers could arrange alternate transportation, I feel for those returning on late flights who will have limited options.
