    I pay for internet services with Fast Wave at ***************************************** Campground. Their service is horrible it is either completely out or works intermittently. Complaints have been sent in via email and we get a service ticket # but never get a response back or call in complaints and we keep getting told that they will send a tech out to resolve the issue and never do (if you are lucky enough to actually speak to someone, they never return phone calls. This has been going on since I moved into the area in May. Unfortunately we have no other option but to use Fast Wave where we are. I would like this issue resolved so I can actually use my internet without interruptions every 5 minutes. I am not paying for partial service. I see that there have been a few other complaints sent to you about this issue and nothing was resolved.

    We are at *****************************************, ****************, **. We arrived July 24, purchased the internet, service is always questionable but this time it completely stopped Monday night/Tues am. it's Friday, still no service, no reason no resolution available. The entire campground is down.
