    Worst internet company keeping there system working.Dont know why they are in business.I think they should be shut down Me B

    Fastwave is the WORST wifi and they don't care. The problem is that campgrounds sign a contract with Fastwave but leave it up to campers to deal with the company when there is an issue. They raise prices without notifying anyone and refuse to address connection issues. The speed is 2G, which is incredibly slow, it goes out all the time, and after you pay it doesn't connect so you have to call customer service. This happens consistently. I will never understand why campgrounds contract with Fastwave. It gives campers a bad view of the campground. If I could give them zero stars I would.
