Called me on my cell phone over 500 times. I am not disclosing my number. I've already blocked this firm. They continue to leave me voicemails 5x per day for the last 6 months. They leave 2 minute long voicemails. My daily routine requires removing their voicemails. I guess they don't know when to give up. It's really funny because they are using live person and leaving real voicemails. They make it sound serious that *** filing with secretary of state and I have to take care of this seriously. I called secretary of state and filed complaint with them too. Secretary of State told me that this firm is most likely a scam and just continue to ignore them. What it seems like is that they are calling everyone from the hack of SBA earlier in 2020 and 2021. It seems like they got information from that hack and bothering business owners.

Total scam, complete rip-off. As other people have stated, Business Debt Adjusters clains they will negotiate with the original lender on Merchant Cash Advances, but they do not. Ive been paying them faithfully every week for more than two years, and theyve done nothing but pocket most of the money while putting a small amount into an escrow. At my insistence, they finally approached the original lender, who said no thanks when they offered him that small sum. Other than that, they did nothing. I recently reached out to the original lender to try to make a deal, but he said no , because Business Debt Adjusters promised me I would get paid the full amount. So Gonenc from DBA sold me on the idea that she would negotiate a reduced amount with the lender, but the lender says he was told hed grt the full amount. Someone is lying and its costing me thousands of dollars. Ignore the premature positive review from people who give 5 stars because things are good so far. Instead, listen to someone whos been going through this for 28 monthsBDA is a rip-off and may end up destroying your business!!.

THIS COMPANY IS PREDATORY AND DO NOT HAVE THE BEST INTERESTS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. This company misrepresented their abilities from start to finish. Prior to onboarding I was told that my debt would be reduced, restructured, and I would have a fighting chance at putting our company in a better financial position - NONE of this happened. I ended up accruing even more debt dealing this company. After depositing $25k into an escrow account, $14k went to their fees. Ridiculous. This company is predatory and should be known & classified as such. I enrolled three debt accounts into their program and two weeks into the program I received calls and emails from them asking me to reach out directly to one of the lenders because they refused to deal with them. I ended up settling that debt on my own. Same thing happened with the second account, I ended up settling on my own. The third account was not reduced by one *****. So, I ended up adding more than fourteen thousand dollars to the debt and gained absolutely nothing at all. The contract(s) that you signed allot Business Debt Adjusters the liberty to charge you for literally everything. If youre in a hole, I dont care how deep - talk to your creditors directly. You may think companies like this act as a shield to protect you from them, but they dont. They are a mere liaison - costly, at that. The fact of the matter is that you signed contracts and you are bound by them so this company will do nothing except charge you and potentially make matters worse - that is the fact I was met with. The company will reach out to you and inquire about the status of the company, but that is not because they care - it is only to gauge your livelihood which is ultimately their livelihood. Please, please, please - take it from my experience, WORK YOUR FINANCIAL WOES OUT ON YOUR OWN.

Gonenc It was a pleasure to work with you. You were the best in helping me get my business finances in order. I just want to thank you for all of your help. If someone comes to me about their problems, I will surely tell them about your services. I just want to say thank you so much.
