These people are horrible and you should STAY AWAY from them at all costs. I was approached by a rep while extremely HEAVILY medicated and apparently signed a consent form. They never contacted me after their form was signed and I have no recollection of signing it. They completely and utterly misrepresented me to Social Security Disability and are responsible for an overpayment of tens of thousands of dollars, which I have no way of paying back and Social Security will not go after them. Wherever I was, whether I was in the hospital or the rehabilitation center, these people should not be allowed into patient rooms as patient's are not of sound mind. They should be barred from doing business completely!!!!!

This company is a fraud. I called *** to file disability claim and I got an attorney named ******************* on the phone unbeknownst to me. I thought I was dealing with a representative from ***. T happened months ago, and I just found out that he is named as my representative on my disability case. I want him removed from my case immediately and if any portion of my disability goes to him he will be sued. I have notified the *** that I want him removed from my case. They knew him as they have had complaints about this tactic he uses in the past.

I have been receiving text messages asking me to call this number to avoid non compliance and escalation, these messages are addressed to my deceased ex-husband (he has been dead for 4 years). I would love to know how they got my number and how they expect a dead man to contact them.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, I also should have read the reviews before hiring them. Nobody returns phone calls and or emails, I have documented every single call to GAR as well as emails to them with no reply. The only time I heard from them was shortly after my claim was approved, Interesting how they found the time to reach out after they found out my claim was awarded. I did 90% of the work not ********. Someone by the name of ************** also managed to Find my email address only to send me their petition fee, I googled his name and he's not even in the country.......hmmm. I will definitely be hiring attorney to get my money back, This is so called ********************* company is not going to take advantage of me, Shame on them for taking advantage of people on disability. I will also be reaching out to the better business bureau collector now that this company is a scam...

Our records indicate that we opened your file in February 2022. At that time, you were assigned a case manager, *********************. We maintain contemporaneous records that are maintained during the ordinary course of business. As such, our records document multiple conversations between you and ********, as well as her conversations with the *** regarding your case. When your case successfully concluded in August 2022 with you being awarded benefits, we were required to file a fee petition that documented the work that we performed on your case. ************** emailed a courtesy copy to you. We were ultimately paid for the work performed on your case. Our company is not a scam. However, should you wish to seek the assistance of an attorney as you mentioned above, please have him contact our General Counsel, *********************, at ************. Thank you.

I should have read sum reviews before agreeing to hire ************************* office. They were so nice and helpful during the process. After waiting 4 years I was finally approved. However, I'm over 69 days past approval and I have not received one *****. I've been cut off of food stamps, I have no ride and no money. When I contacted *****'s office to ask a question I find out they have been paid and I now need to contact my local office with n e questions. I have 2 problems with this number one I should have been paid ****** one else and don't they have to process my back pay to process their fee? Number two *****'s office was paid for a job that is not complete bcuz until I get paid it's an incomplete job. *****'s office will tell u how messed up the system is but doesn't tell u they r right there with them leeching off of hard working injured people that need sum help and put their trust into them. Just know once they r paid they r finished with u but up until they r paid they r as sweet as sugar!
