    Tsg called me in regards to a debt I had over **************************************************************************** my name, Ive lived in the same place for ****************************************************************************************************************** that I am well out of the time frame for statue of limitations in ********** for this debt. This companies scare tactics go against state law, saying they already filed a case and when my lawyer and I looked for the case number nothing appears either under my name or the case number. I have sent a debt verification request, in hopes that I can get more information on the debt I supposedly owe. Regardless they have used unlawful scare tactics on a debt that is over ************************************************************************* anything.

    We have been confused with and received complaints meant for another company going by a *** alias in the past.  ************ is the phone number for *******************, ***************************************************************************************, see *************************

    Please ask the consumer to confirm the proper company to which he should direct his complaint.

    They are harassing me and my employer. They will not stop calling my employment.

    We have no account for this consumer.  We have no record of contacting her or her employer by phone or email.  We believe the consumer has confused us with another debt collection company that goes by an alias of TSG, LLC out of **********, Trinity SGroup, LLC, **************************************************************************************************************, see *************************, as we have received many erroneous complaints confusing us with this other unrelated company.  Please have the consumer confirm the correct company that they have issues with and have them file his complaint against the proper company.
