    They are calling relatives and my employer every day. I do not have debt on my credit report. I’m being harassed at the point.

    This seems to happen too often,they threatend me with legal actons from an account from 18 years ago. After paying them I did research and found there was a statue of limitations of 6-10 years I'm 75 years old live on SS and can not afford. Beware and do research before paying,

    They also threatened me with legal action bc I wouldn’t set up payment with my card on a recorded line. I feel like this is not legal to tell me the only way I can pay is to set up payment on a recorded line. He would call my phone, then my work phone, then my phone again.

    Contacted me with extremely old debt and threatened to take me to court. I decided the right move was to pay it off and start a payment plan. However, the email address they provided me is not an email address to begin with, and I’ve been calling for hours because they tried the payment and it failed even though the money is in my account. No answer.

    Company contacts people concerning very old debt and threatens them with legal action if you don't sign up for autopay. Threatening with legal action doesn't seem right to me!
