    A esta compaa la contrate por 2 meses tuvieron un pago inicial de **** dlares con una transferencia electrnica a ram despus realise 8 pagos de ****** semanales descubr que apenas haban echo una llamada ala compaa de colecciones cual *** misma me lo iso saber luego los contacte les ped que era el avance de su trabajo y no obtuve respuesta nada ** me pidieron ** ****** semanal al cual no acepte los desped despus eyos dijeron que era incumplimiento de trato ****** eyos rompieron primero y me robaron todo mi ****** no me an devuelto ni un centavo es injusto que no los regulen y quiten ****** abusibamente de las personas humildes no recomiendo a nadie ni que pase esta xituacion la vida sigue pero eyos algn da pagaran

    I almost went with these guys until I asked their rep why are we including the interest on the original loan with their "debt settlement". Wouldn't I just be owing them that whole amount instead of the principal balance of the loan? BTW, this was not disclosed to me initially. Rep then says these working capital lenders are not regulated. I then asked him who's regulating his company. He could not answer and eventually said no one. He then proceeded to tell me that we may not be the right fit after all (after we've signed the original agreement and I'm just calling him out on his BS). I explained to him that the way I understand debt relief settlement is they would pay-off the principal debt and then I would pay the debt relief people a more tolerable payment option and they make their money on the interest owed to them. Once he was "found out" he suggested we don't do business anymore. Shady business practices by these people. I noticed they have mostly good reviews. I considered still using them, but clearly he was spooked enough to halt business with me. So I suppose we now have to assume they are all shady. But we sometimes have to dance with the devil.

    I own a Diesel Repair business and during hard time and the ***** pandemic we had to ************* traditional funding. The merchant cash advances are OK, but when you have to take more than 1 position is can start to get overwhelming. We tired a reversal and it was pretty much the nail in the coffin for us.
