      I was treating well enough to get the first down payment. After that my first appointment to receive my braces No soap in the bathroom. Nothing was explained to me the office Manager would not speak to me or her assistant. I paid $300 was told I would get back $150 they wont answer my email . Money hungry disgusting and disrespectful I was not seen or heard. All they want is your Money $$$! Its such a shame no **************** skills Receptionist is a joke and has no skills the Kingsplaza location. Please go at your own risk!! This place will get your Money and disrespect you after they receive it. And I such hopes on getting braces as my kids are grown and its my time to spend money on myself. Diamond Braces should be ashamed in treating people this way. Day 1 no one explained anything to me the assistant didnt speak any English. I asked for the Doctor 2 times never came out of the office. Disgraceful

      I initially gave Diamond Braces a 5-star review because I thought my orthodontic experience was good. However, after getting my braces off, its been a nightmare. Everything seems to be about money here.I have a permanent retainer thats about an inch long and sits in the back of my two front teeth. Diamond braces is trying to charge $350 to fix it! After paying over $4000 for my braces, I would think any issues would be taken care of.Back story- when I came to diamond braces I had a permanent (Strong Wire) on the back of my two front teeth for years from prior orthodontic work, which diamond braces removed. Fast forward I get my braces taken off another permanent retainer was place on my teeth which honestly felt like floss and it popped. The quality of the permanent retainer at the top of my teeth is not at all like the one on the bottom of my teeth. Its as if they intentionally used a wire that wouldnt last. Im truly not surprised! 2 months ago I purchased a $200 bottom retainer which I feel should have been included in my initial fee since I had gaps at the top and bottom of my teeth. Find another orthodontist! I would not at all recommend this place.

      They promised me in December that I would be able to utilize the retainer plan in January at price X and that the coverage would be Y and then I called in the first week of January and they refused to honor the agreement. Additionally, they had me file a compliance request and extended the review period 3 times and make me jump through hoops because they would never call me back.

      Ive never encountered a company so obsessed with money as Diamond Braces. All they care about is making a profitthey have absolutely no interest in actually helping their patients. They have literally ruined my teeth, and when I raised concerns, they gaslighted and manipulated me into believing there was nothing wrong. Its shocking how far they will go to avoid taking responsibility.I consulted with another ******* *** was honest and confirmed that my teeth are not in the proper condition for a retainer, which Diamond Braces kept aggressively pushing on me. Its clear they dont care about fixing the problemthey just want to sell retainers and make more money. They made me pay to ruin my teeth, and now theyre telling me that if I want to fix them, I have to pay even more. Its outrageous.There is no one in the company *** is willing to help or take accountabilitythey are all corrupt. This entire experience has been a nightmare and has caused me severe anxiety. Its been one of the most traumatic situations Ive ever dealt with. Please, avoid Diamond Braces at all coststhey will only ruin your teeth and your peace of mind.

      I would never go back to a diamond brace company ever they refused my insurance refused to treat my son then asked me to pay $250.00 and I did then still refused my son called me a b***h stuck the middle finger up to me yelled and acted as if they wanted to fight me they put faulty braces on my son they break each and Everytime they fix the problem they have assistants working on PTs only one doctor the assistants do not know what they are doing yes braces cause discomfort they are never to cause pain very unprofessional they knew they did wrong for a head supervisor and o call me and ask me if I would like to bring my son to a different diamond braces location my son was involved why would I want to put him back in the situation I am also seeking legal advice and legal counsel because from my knowledge working in the medical field your not supposed to deny any PT no matter their race able to pay insurance gender etc its called discrimination I was definitely discriminated against I was definitely taunted I was definitely threatened they need to be shut down indefinitely I have never been to a dentist office or any type of medical office where they are ready to fight the PTs I work in the medical field and yes I have seen angry PTs and we are still to keep our cool no matter what and still service them so what they did was wrong and I am tired of them still being opened they answer the phone wrong and disrespectful as if they dont want to work there they hang up the phones its all horrible they need professionals working there

      I brought my daughter to the ********** location to get her teeth straightened. I reluctantly left a $250 deposit since my insurance company guaranteed services would be 100% covered. I only signed the contract once it was amended to include a complete refund of the deposit upon completion of services. I reached out to Diamond Braces regarding the deposit after speaking to my insurance company and was told that the contract was incorrect. The deposit for Invisalign should have been listed as $500. At this point I decided to request a refund of my $250 deposit through my credit card company and cancel my contract since it was no longer valid and I did not want to leave such a large deposit. After five months of waiting, I still haven't received a refund for services that were never rendered. Diamond Braces is more concerned with getting and holding on to your money than customer service. Getting in touch with anyone at the ********** office is a nightmare and my emails have gone unanswered. I suggest looking for a different provider to get your teeth straightened. You will save yourself money and a big headache.

      I came here to get my teeth done I must say that I am very dissatisfied. I ended up paying more than I should have for a mistake that they made. Please go to a professional. They only care about the money.

      Stay away from this business - they are under investigation by department of attorney journey and are under major lawsuits Stay away from this business and its employees .******** managed and treated patients and employees .The way they treat women in this organization is unacceptable and they are going through several investigation for multiple locations

      I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They are all about the money and not helping the patients. They failed to address my grandson situation in a timely manner and now want us to pay extra money. For example he had a baby tooth they never ask us to have it removed After almost 2 years his regular dentist brought to our attention when we brought up to Diamond Braces they stated we were for it to come out .So then they requested it be removed so now they are still closing gaps and went to charge $1800 dollars more .
