BEWARE!! ******** location!! I was told by the ***************** who is a rude and arrogant man that I dont wear my Invisalign enough! I wore them 22 hours a day everyday. He filed my teeth but not the right teeth and not enough. I was charged another 650 dollars for a mistake he made. The dentist on Monday (different dentist) said I needed many teeth filed in front for my tooth to move in. The office managers will not refund me my money even though it was his mistake.she said he did what he was suppose to which was not enough!!! You can type whatever you want into a computer! I said they didn't fit right and he said the same thing. You didnt wear them enough I heard 5 other people that day had the same problem!! I cannot get to upper management and I was told he did what he was suppose to but he did not do his job correctly! My 2 children were checked by him and after two other people checked he was completely wrong! Said my daughter needed nothing and they showed me how she needed a pallet expander and now braces and my son needed something completely different. I should not have to pay for his mistakes. Many complaints about him but they dont see that. I will continue to post and tell everyone in the community. I said if I didnt wear it then how are the top? he said, I didnt even check them thats the dentist you want working on you?!! I dont think so!!

Do not come here.Today, I spoke to the male orthodontist who asked if I'm happy with my teeth. I was confused by that question because I had no clue if they were done with my treatment. I reiterated my initial concerns, which were my midline shift, fixing my bite and properly aligning my jaw. He looked at pictures from my initial consultation and told me that my bite is fine and that he spoke to me during my initial consultation. That is a blatant lie. I had two consultations: the first in April 2021 and the second in October 2021, both with female "orthodontists." I never spoke to the male orthodontist here. The only male orthodontist that I spoke to is ***********************, who cannot be confused with these clowns.I know I'm telling the truth because after my second consultation, I paid in full for the metal braces and as the technician put them on, the female "doctor" told me that she relayed my concerns to the male "doctor."I have asked repeatedly for copies of my records and these people's names and license numbers. For the actual treatment, my face is lopsided, my bite feels off because my left back teeth don't touch so it feels like I'm chewing on one side of my mouth, my jaw is now clicking on both sides of my face (only the left before), and I am experiencing pain in my left eardrum (possibly TMJ but these people when probed will tell you that it's not their job to align the jaw). In actuality, braces are certainly used to align the jaw, an issue that I brought up during the "consultations."All work are done by the techs (not the "doctors"). They don't put brackets on your back teeth, which I found out months into my treatment because I probed: they stated that my back teeth are "technically straight." A few months later, the tech pointed out that my back teeth are not straight and need to be expanded. I've been told that I need to "saw my jaw."I strongly encourage anyone who is looking to get braces, to please stay away from this place.

Totally unprofessional company. When you came on time you will be waiting at lest 30 min to one hour. Stay away. ****
