    I have placed my order on February 15, 2024. I have ordered a double custom vinyl from the company, and paid a little over 120$ (I paid in NIS). The order arrived to my place on May 16, and immediately used, only to discover it was faulty: all of the discs skipped on most of the tracks (either due to issues in production or due to the poor packing it was in) and an entire song was missing. I contacted them on the day ans was told my issue has been forwarded to the production team. I checked again a week later only to receive the same type of reply. It's been the same for over a month and a half and I have yet received any reply other than "your issue has been forwarded" every time I contacted them.

    -Date of transaction: 4/22/23 -Amount paid: $25.45 -What the business committed to provide me: A custom *********************** gatefold within 4-6 weeks -The nature of the dispute: the business promised shipment within 4-6 weeks, i have emailed them multiple times to ask for an update and received none, they continue to advertise this product on all of their platforms including their website and social media. They accepted my money and have not provided me any updates or their intention to follow through with my purchase. -Order number: ITC27603

    I ordered the vinyl on April 17th, 2023. The amount was $98.15. The business said that they had a turnaround period of 6-8 weeks, which was within the time frame that I needed it. After the eight weeks had passed, the vinyl was still in **********. After the period had passed, they stopped answering my emails. I tried to cancel the order because it was taking too long, but they didn't answer. It came in days after the time I needed it. I haven't even opened the package because the reviews on ******** say that their vinyls were terrible quality. I wanted it for a birthday gift for my boyfriend, but since this one was taking so long, I ordered another. This company gave me no trouble, and the vinyl was perfect. Since I tried to cancel the purchase, I want my money back. I feel like it could've been cancelled and refunded if the company had seen and answered my emails. The business did not try to resolve the problem. My order was #ITC27531.
