    This "company" is awful! I ordered 5 custom vinyls for my kids for Christmas on Oct 6. Long, long story short I have emailed 10+ times, chatted 100 times with little to mostly NO responses. When I realized that these were NEVER coming on time for Christmas I asked and asked and asked for updates and NOTHING! I finally asked for a refund right before Christmas because I actual received a note asking what I wanted to do. At this point I was so over this purchase that I asked them to cancel my order for $508 and as of now I have no credit and no product (TBH I don't want it at this point). I need some help here as this company has stolen my money. I too disputed this charge. I cannot express my dissappoint enough here. This company needs to be accountable for the horrible experience and for stealing my money.

    Ordered record for grandson. No record nor responses to emails for over 2 months. Could not find any other contact information. Finally disputed charge with discover card and found contact phone number. Was treated rudely by who I believe was owner with no apology or shipping date, just excuses. Also, email responses were not his job?! Order was canceled but only refunded $42.65 of the $51.58 we were charged and refund has still not been confirmed by discover. Please avoid ordering from this unprofessional company.

    I purchased a CD on November 1. I have not heard a peep from this company since, despite sending multiple emails to their customer service team. I was told it would take four weeks (which is an absurdly long production time for a CD), and it has been more than 7 weeks at this point. My credit card was charged and I have not heard ANYTHING about my order. I fully believe this is a scam.
