A good faith deposit was left on a vehicle considered for purchase. Dealership guaranteed to hold the vehicle while offer terms were considered. Upon declining offer, deposit was asked to be refunded. Finance manager and salesman had stopped responding. A complaint was then filed with Consumer Affairs and a representative from dealership contacted me. I have since been stalled and given excuses, and refund has not been processed since initial request 2 weeks ago.Business Response

I traded in my 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport for a new 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport lease. All was well until I realized Jack ********************** did not take over my lease until ****************************************************** ** Credit taking money out of my account for another car payment. This happened in Augusts and September of 2024. I've been trying to resolve this with them via emails and phone calls and they keep telling me a refund is coming but it never does. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the severe lack of professionalism and poor service I have experienced from both Dynamic Collision and Jack Daniels Volkswagen in *********, ***After my daughter was involved in an accident with my vehicle, I took it to Dynamic Collision for repairs. They held my car for a month and a half, and when I finally received it, the car wouldnt start. Without consulting me, they sent it to Jack Daniels Volkswagen instead of Volkswagen ******, where I originally purchased the vehicle and which is much closer to my home. Had they contacted me, I would have directed them to ****** Volkswagen, avoiding unnecessary delays and complications.Since January 6th, my car has been at Jack Daniels Volkswagen, and they have refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle, citing that I did not purchase my car from their location. Despite repeated promises that they would make an exception, I was given multiple false dates and excuses, but no loaner was ever provided. Meanwhile, my car has remained in their service center with no clear timeline for repair.Initially, I was told they were waiting for a part from *******, but with no estimated arrival date. After weeks of pressing for answers, they finally ordered a module from ******, but again, they cannot provide an estimated delivery date. This lack of communication, accountability, and customer care has caused me extreme *********** a single mother with three children in different schools, a full-time job, and no family nearby to assist me, I depend on having two vehicles. My daughter needs a car to transport herself and her brother to school and activities. This situation has been an absolute nightmare since Thanksgiving, and I am beyond frustrated with the unprofessionalism and lack of urgency from both Dynamic Collision and Jack Daniels Volkswagen.Business Response

The vehicle was dropped off on Jan 6th and needed a TCM module which is on backorder. Since this was a collision issue it does not qualify for a loaner as it is not a mechanical failure but
Collision repair.
The part should be in 7-10 days from today. Once the repair is complete we will let you know .As far as professionalism the vehicle was dropped of here from Dynamic Collision. The complaint should be brought up with them and not us. We have not done anything wrong. We are all booked up with loaners.Initial Complaint

I bought a used certified *** along with a warranty about 2 years ago.. the car had engine failure which caused it to catch on fire and *** is refusing to fix it or reimburse me because they claim they aren't responsible for fire . According to my research this has been happening to several people with the same model and year.. this happened November 5 and I've been going back and forth with *** and no one seems to know how to resolve the issue properlyBusiness Response

I cancelled an extended warranty on my 2016 porsche macan s the dealership processed the claim and submitted it to Porsche. The next day i received a conformation from Porsche the warranty was cancelled.I have beed waiting since October 23 2024 for my money.I have contacted the dealer 4 times and no one gets back to me.Business Response

I have a 2011 **** q7 thats diesel and the only issue Ive had is with the ad blue diesel fuel system. The first time was still under warranty so was covered, although the dealership kept suggesting thats it wasnt the problem, then they finally agree that it was the ad blue pump or something with the ad **** ******, replaced it about a year later the same issue occurred, I went through the same run a round about the diagnoses again then they finally agreed is was the ad **** ****** again but the warranty wont cover it because it was off by a few weeks or so of the warranty, so I paid around 3600$ to get It fixed the dealership suggested that I change the computer also but I declined then and just had them fix the ad **** ****** , A year later it all happened again and the dealership told me that if I replaced the computer with the ad **** ****** with all of the ad blue components that the new computer should fix the ad blue pump from overheating, so under their advice I replaced everything with the ad **** ****** and had them put a brand new computer in my vehicle for around 7600$ or so and 6 months later it all happened again, I called the dealership and informed them about the same issue, I dropped my vehicle off to get checked out and they confirmed that it was the pump again but a filter that also has to do with the the ad **** ****** is not covered and is gonna cost 3800$ I mentioned to him that all of that was covered from all of the work I had done 6 months ago which covered everything with the system,and he said thats it was only one filter changed then and not the other which makes no sense if I paid to get all of the ad blue components fixed. I cant even drive my vehicle from the dealership because the vehicle wont start until they fix and reprogram it again to rest the ad **** ******, they called me yesterday asking if Im going to pay the 3800$ or have to return the loaner vehicle? When I bought this car, I bought tire insurance. But I tried to cancel this plan last year .Their insurance company said they couldn't cancel it, but then the insurance company canceled my tire insurance and refunded the money to my car dealership.
This is when I had a flat tire a few days ago. I went to ask the tire insurance person and I found out that my insurance was canceled in July last year. Then I contacted my car dealer and they said they didn't know about it. Then today they contacted me and said that the money can only be refunded to their Audi loan account. Normally, when I buy insurance, I do it with a debit card, not a loan. So the money should be refunded to my original payment bank card.
The insurance company purchased by the car dealer said that the policy has been refunded on July 19, 2024 .So pls help me ? When you reply me I will send Chat conversations and more. ?Business Response

Tuesday Nov 05, 2024 jack daniels volkswagen dealership in *******, ** accepted a $250 deposit on the purchase of a supposed one owner garage kept 2015 *********************. Purchase price was $16,250 all fees included, sold as is. I inspected and drove the vehicle myself and found no major defects . On Friday November 8, 2024, I received a text from the salesman that there was too much wrong with the vehicle and they couldn't sell it to me. While I felt like they sold it to someone else for a higher price, which they denied, I asked to have my deposit refunded. As of today, after numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting for my money.Business Response

On November 23, 2024, we visited Kia Jack Daniels located at ***** ********* **** ***** **, to have our sales representative, Hanjoon K** (Jimmy), install the new license plates that had just arrived at the dealership. We also planned to celebrate a friend's birthday afterward. The receptionist attempted to contact Jimmy via text and phone, but he declined to assist us, citing his engagement with new customers. Fortunately, another sales representative, Symone E*****, volunteered to install the plates for us in their garage. After completing the installation, she informed me that the garage door was open, allowing me to back out. After expressing our gratitude, she returned to the lobby. When I approached my vehicle, I confirmed that the garage door was fully open; however, as I began to reverse, the door unexpectedly closed. No one alerted me, and my reverse sensors did not activate, resulting in multiple scratches on the top of my new car. I immediately went to the lobby to find Jimmy, but he once again refused to assist us. I then approached Sales Manager Karim S****** to explain the situation, with Symone corroborating my account. Another sales representative also witnessed the incident and confirmed it to Karim. Karim took several photos of the scratches on my vehicle, acknowledged that the garage door was quite old and had issues with automatic closure, and promised to provide a resolution by Monday. However, on Monday, he informed me that I would be responsible for the repair costs, estimated at around $1,000. I find their response to be extremely unfair, as they should cover the repair expenses, so I have decided to file a complaint against Karim, Jimmy, and the entire dealership.Business Response

Unfortunately, after discussing this with management we are not able to offer you any compensation. Sensors on your car don't alert you what above you. We have reviewed cameras and vehicle clearly backed up when door was coming down. The damage was very minimal as well far less than the $1,000 mentioned.Initial Complaint

I was in the process of leasing a 2025 Kia ******** After signing the documents, I realized they subsitued a 2024 Kia ******** I than cancelled the lease. They assured me it was a mistake and I picked up the 2025 Kia ******** Since then, they are billing me for both vehicles. They assured me it was being handeled. Today I was notified that my credit score dropped 100 points for non-payment of lease on the 2024 Vehicle which I do not have. I would just like them to notify the credit Bureaus and admit their mistake and restore my credit score.Business Response
