    I have been trying to contacting and resolving several disputes with this business and NO ONE is ever available to speak. There is no supervisor, no owner, nobody! It is a disgusting mess. I have emailed, called, written ****** reviews to no avail. Below is the review I left on ******* My son celebrated (if you can even call it that) his birthday on Sunday, September 18th at the Kids Empire in Fairfield. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. On Monday, September 12th, I called the facility because I had not heard from the party coordinator. I was told I would receive a call on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I did not receive a call. On Wednesday, I called in the morning and said I would get a call back. I received a call Thursday at 4:00PM from a very unfriendly employee. She asked me for all the final details. I said to her, "I am at work and am not prepared to have this conversation". Her response was "If I dont have the information by 5PM your party will not have any pizza". I was BAFFLED!! I had been calling all week and now suddenly I have 1 hour, during my working hours to provide all the information?!?! Also, when I bought the package (and also says on the website) I was told I would receive a cake. So now on a Thursday, just a few days before the party I have to scramble to get a cake.But wait.. there is more! I arrived for my party on Sunday at 1:30PM in order to have some time to set up. When I was checking in, the manager was yelling very unprofessionally at one of the other employees in front of all the customers. There were apparently supposed to be 8 parties at 2PM and only 1 had been set up so far. I brought all my things in and set up my son's party. No one offered to help. 5 minutes before my party is set to begin, I am informed that there is no water for the children to drink, but that they will give us soda instead. WHAT!?!?! its a kids place where they are running around and get thirsty and theres no water! My husband had to fly to the neare
