    Cowleys is the exterminator for my condominium complex. For the 9 years I have lived here ,I have not needed their services ,until recently,because of a family in our building,not keeping their unit clean. Cowleys exterminator showed up on Wednesday the 14th, around 12 noon.He sat in his vehicle smoking for over a half an hour. When he finally exited the vehicle,he went to the laundry room,instead of coming to our building. I caught him in the laundry room,with the work documentation record in his hand. That is to be filled out after the units and the laundry room have been treated,not before hand ,since he couldnt possibly know in advance what units he would have to treat until he finished. When I told him I needed service in my building ,he flipped out,and became angry. He followed me unwillingly to my building,inside I had everything ready,pulled out of the closet,and area under the kitchen sink. I explained to him that I simply needed a "perimeter" to protect the kitchen from the other unit that has the ***** problem,however,the man was angry,and said" it doesnt work that way". I noticed that he did not have the tank and wand with him that the other extermonators always bring with them to treat the laundry room ,and the hallway in our building. The only things he brought were a bucket ,with glue traps ,and 2 small spray cans. He proceded to spray the pesticide all over my kitchen wall over my sink,and behind the microwave,spraying the microwave in the process. He also unbelievably sprayed the pesticide inside my cupboards contaminating some canned foods,and my avocado oil,and honey. In an attempt to spray around my stove,he sprayed the stove top as well. The only thing he did right was to leave a bunch of glue traps around the kitchen . When he left ,I had to decontaminate my kitchen. The dollar amount of the contaminated food items is around $40. I called the company,and explained in detail what happened,they did not respond in any way.

    This complaint was rectified weeks ago directly with the resident.   ****, one of our managers spoke with him directly.  Can you please let me know what we need to do to rectify this with the BBB.  Also please let it be noted that this gentleman is not our customer.  What I mean is that we were hired by the association not him.  The technician that he has accused has been a technician in the pest industry for ************************************************************ the 7 years he's worked here.  Please let me know what we need to do to get this resolved.
