Have a problem with squirrels in the attic. Had a tech visit. They struggled finding the entry point. Specifically pointed out a particular vent, said this was not a problem. Then found a hole behind the gutters. Signed the contract, $1K. Trapped one squirrel and fixed the hole. A week later I hear the squirrel again. Another tech comes, points to the vent that the previous guy told me is not a problem, and wants another $1.5K - they claim that the original work was a success, they removed the animal and fixed the entry point, and the $1.5K is a completely new work from scratch. And that the fine print in the contract is on their side. Spoke to the supervisor and their supervisor. They said ok, we'll fix it for $200. Paid $200. But the squirrel never left, still is in my attic.So down $1200, and the squirrels problem was never solved, despite what they claim. I am not a lawyer, and they may have covered themselves with the fine print, but its surely deceptive.
