    Was a dedicated customer until they didn't refund a month of the service plan I cancelled. They called me a bully for saying I'll never use them again and for giving a bad review on ******. Sorry that's not how bullying works. Bullying is when your customer spends close to $15K on your business and then you won't repay a measly amount for cancelling a service plan. Looking forward to taking my business elsewhere!

    This company has non-existent customer service.I purchased an air ********************** unit install in May 2022. Within the first week, they had to come out to fix it, and were very rude about it.Last week, only two years after the installation, a pipe they they installed badly clogged causing major water damage to my ceiling from the leak. When I called, they refused to come see what was wrong, and stated that because I did not have a warranty, they would not be coming to my house. I paid approximately $9,500.00. for this AC unit. along with a $300 service agreement for the first year. I had another HVAC expert come out to see what was wrong ($300) and had to pay a GC to repair all the drywall. When I asked *******, the woman who answered the phone on Friday at Jack ********************** at 9:33am on 7/5/24 if I could have the name of the owner to speak with him, she answered, "I do not have to give you that information". When I stated that I would be communicating with the Better Business Bureau about this, ******* was unresponsive.I would strongly advise not using this company as their installation is flawed, their customer service non-existent, and their response to customers' concerns is blatantly rude and dismissive.

    **************** is extremely rude and will not work with us. One technician could have fixed a simple issue and didn't. We had them send another technician over holiday weekend and fixed it with no problem. However, they charged a $200 fee for holiday time and this could have been prevented if 1st tech did his job. **************** would not work with us to reimburse this amount.

    I am writing this as the complete disgust that I feel towards this company at this time. As a small back ground I had an entire system installed back in December of 2020. I called back on January 27th, **** and left a voicemail stating that I was having an issue with the system and never received a call back. I proceeded to call back 2/21/24 and left another voicemail. The call back I received was from ******* who was driving and could not look at the calendar to schedule someone to come out. On 2/22/24 I called in the morning and dealt with ******* again to have a tech come out to run a diagnostics- which I agreed too. During this time I had a HVAC tech come to my home to trace where the leak was coming from as it is a safety concern dripping onto the electrical compartment on the storage tank. I called her back to provide my CC information and she told me that they would not be coming to my home due to having someone look at the system. What was found is Jack ********************** incorrectly installed my system in 2020 by not putting a correct valve relief to correctly direct the water when pressure builds up- instead it has been dripping directly into the system causing complete damage. ******* proceeded to claim that this company took apart the system however I have video and pictures proving no work was done and she will not schedule someone to come look at the boiler. I cannot understand how I am not allowed to have a consultant here due to not having any plumbing background so I know the issue is being properly addressed. At this time I still have not authorized any work to be done since **** ********************** was the installer and should accept sole responsibility for the work they completed.
