WBM, LLC willissue a replacement product abiding by the following procedure:
Proof of Payment must be provided in the form of a Receipt or Payment Reference Number
Pictures of the damaged merchandise must be emailed to [email protected]When WBM, LLC receives and approved the claim they will then contact the customer to inform them of their CreditBalance, Credit Reference Number, and Credit Expiration Date. Credit issued forreturns expire after 90 days.
WBM,LLC does not issue Refunds toCredit Cards or Bank Accounts for defective products.
Please note thatall Himalayan Salt Lamps and Candles are hand carved and their color, size,shape, and weight fluctuate. Each Lamp and candle has a unique design and WBM,LLC will not accept any returns based on the above mentioned attributes.- Business Categories
