      Awful management company who does absolutely nothing to support homeowners that pay them to manage their HOA. They dont respond to email or calls ever. They dont send any community information timely, dont follow up on important community safety matters and overall are completely useless and unprofessional. What is the point of having a management company who does nothing for the community.

      Absolutely horrible, unorganized, and shamefully mismanaged. I was given a warning regarding a light above my garage door, so I removed the light and filled out the appropriate "request" form. This was almost a year ago. Since then, we have had 2 different property managers, and despite several emails, I was never given a response to my request to put a simple spotlight above my garage door. We are talking about SINGLE FAMILY UNITS here. If I had any idea how ridiculous and stingy this association was going to be, I would NEVER have bought a home here. Most recently, I was told I am no longer allowed to put Christmas lights on my house. I was already restricted to WHITE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS ONLY, and this year, I got a letter stating none are allowed going forward. I am disgusted. Oh, and of course the dues go up every single year. Shameful.

      I lived at ********** in Lower Macungie from March 2019 to July 2023 as a rental tenant. Since moving out I still continue to receive emails from *********************** JKeane @accesspm .com. I have asked my former landlord to have me removed from their mailing list and still get emails. On February 13th I sent an email directly to ****** to ask that I be removed from the mailing list. On March 5 I received an email about the ******************** again. I am writing this review in complaint of her failure to remove me from their mailing list. If I receive another email I will be filing a formal complaint with the ***********.

      The worst unprofessional impolite management I have ever experienced, Im not sure where is ************************* , is he really running this company or just leaving it to such unprofessional employees, Im highly NOT recommending this management company to run your community, they act like scams and no one is supervising them, I have reported it to BBB and hopefully they go out of business soon or some actions get taken to restructuring the management.Lots of emails to get specific information and they are very suspicious in their responses.If they are running your community be aware and watch them.

      Our community has been managed by Access for several years. Since the owner has passed, the culture of the company has gone downhill at amazing speed. They are unresponsive to homeowner calls and emails. They don't do proper inspections an no follow-up on complaints. We are in the process of finding another management company.
