1 starOn 12/15/2023 I received an email from a human resources recruiter named *************************** for an interview request for a virtual workspace inspection. Rather than communicate with each job candidate individually. ******* sent an email to myself and 39 other applicants. Shortly thereafter, I started receiving unwanted emails from people submitting computer screenshots with their available interview dates & times. Please be advised that I never requested for Conduent to disclose my email to strangers that I don't know. This is a data breech and violation of personal email information. It speaks volumes about this company & sets a negative first impression. If they are careless with the emails of prospective job applicants. Then they would also mishandle confidential consumer information. When I simply tried to report the email breech to the ***************************** My email was suspiciously blocked & returned as undeliverable. I then submitted a data breech report from my secondary email address and it was submitted & never came back. Which reaffirmed that Conduent deliberately blocked my initial email correspondence. Then I started receiving several email invitations from Conduent to interview for a Remote ******************** Representative Position. However, I replied back and declined the offer stating that I was NOT interested in employment opportunities with Conduent do to the unprofessional manner in which they failed to safeguard my personal email. Perhaps they assumed I would brush the data breech under the rug by offering me an interview, but I declined & I'm glad that I did. Please proceed with CAUTION with this company. I wouldn't be surprised if they have extremely high employee turnover rates and low workplace morale.Review fromTiffany A

1 starThis card is more temperamental then a two year old toddler. If it wants to work it will but if it doesn't, forget it man. Cashapp? Forget it. Online stores? Forget it. And to make things worse, you can't transfer funds from the card. It's not even an option! I am literally going to the store to take cash out, pay a fee and put it on my real card because of how much I HATE this card and service.Review fromLISA S

1 starI have to is this Way2Go card for my unemployment which is placed on this card. I received my first unemployment deposit of about $3000 for back pay then the next day I received my weekly claim funds for $506 the dates are July 24&25th of July 2023. On the 27th I submitted a transfer to my bank account. And waited until the 8th of August when I received another unemployment payment which was deposited into my account of $276.00 however the initial deposit minus about 500 so above $3000 was still not transferred. Do I then did a one time transfer on the 8th as of the 14 of August I still have yet to receive my funds. I finally was able to speak with an agent since my transfer was over two days. The agent told me she did not know why it had not deposited because it shows it was approved and I told her I have already had one deposit she then told me I would have to wait for the money to return on my card which would be 10 days. I asked to make a complaint and she transferred me to another agent who was to take down my complaint, in which he told me that I was supposed to send in my drivers license and bank statement to verify who I am, in which I relied that there is absolutely no instructions that says I have to do that absolutely nothing, I then told him that I already had a deposit for a much smaller amount and that my Identity was already verified from the unemployment office so again he was given wrong information because he thought this was from a company that I was employed with then he told me I had to wait 15 days until the funds come back to the account and hung up the phone.Review fromJoy A

1 starThe Way to go card is not something I am choosing. It's the only way I can receive my child support. The child support is back owed from **** for 18 years probably before the way to go card existed but still they are somehow entitled to a chunk of money that myself and my child struggled and went without for so long. For no reason they repeatedly block transfers forcing me to spend time and money going physically to an ATM and paying for transportation and ATM fees. Why? Is that literally what that is to force me to pay them to receive my money? They put my account security at risk by forcing me to use ATMs that are all high risk locally for skimmers. The one time ever I received a large lump sum of money that would of been helpful for purchasing a car or other big purchase I could only withdraw $500 24 hours apart and any attempt before 24 hours past reset the clock even though they blocked the transaction. One star is only because I have to leave at least one to write this. The card services are set up to manipulate our child support money away from ** as much as they can get.Review fromSherri A

1 starI worked here for nearly three years. You will not be communicated to, training is rushed and leaves you feeling unprepared, the literally throw you at the phones and just wait to see who floats. They do not care about your scheduling, it constantly gets messed up and sometimes edited while you are on the job. They will pull you from other lines and make you do something outside your job description. No one is there to help you, there are a million of unrealistic responsibilities they dump on you each week (log into this app every single day to look at a website that's completely broken or you'll be penalized). There are a million reasons making this the worst place on earth, but it's very obvious when you get there that they do not care about you.Review fromJoshua D

1 starThis company is a fraud. After leaving a previous job to join this company they left me hanging for two months waiting for a new training class (after initially telling me it'd only be a month) and then close to the two months being up they say the position is no longer open to look into their stupid careers page to look into applying again (despite already waiting a month or more for that app to be processed plus the month and a half of waiting for training) as if I'm not already unemployed and needing income. All of this after taking weeks to get back to me about important necessary info. I do not recommend anyone to apply for a position with this company as they use fraudulent and shady business practices.,Review fromJeni W

1 starThis is my experience as an Employee. I was hired for start date of 03/29/22. ON THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING CLASS---I get accused of violating the *** agreement because them finding these words for my job title on my LinkedIn resume---the words of AppleCare Advisor. IT WAS MY FIRST DAY OF TRAINING CLASS but yet I'm trying to do violate a policy so that I don't have a job anymore???? Then, they say they will honor having a Disability. So I filed for Limited *** because of NEWLY DIAGNOSED HEART ISSUES FOUND BY MY CARDIOLOGIST AND THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OF THE ***** HOSPITAL...My primary doctor would not fill out the paperwork without seeing me in person because it had been 6 months or more....I was on Final Write Up for Attendance because I was seeing the Cardiologist and ******************** on a FREQUENT basis from May to June 2022 because they were trying to prevent a Heart Attack and figure what medications were needed to stabilize my heart function.SO ON **** 11TH; THEY TOOK ME OFF THE SCHEDULE--I WAS OUT ON A DOCTOR'S NOTE FOR A WEEK BEFORE **** 11TH; **** 14TH THE LIMITED *** IS DENIED AND THEY ARE STATING THAT ALL MY ATTE***NCE WOULD BE HELD AGAINST ME WHICH MEANT TERMINATION. I CANCEL MY DOCTOR'S **** FOR **** 16TH AND ASK FOR SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.Meanwhile, I'm trying to contact my supervisor from June 11th to June 14th with ZERO response. On June 16th; an Operations Manager starts contacting me asking what they could do to keep me. I try to reschedule my Doctor's *********** but now can't get in until August 1st.THE OPERATIONS MANAGER REFUSED TO WORK WITH THE EXTENDED TIME AND STARTED THE TERMINATION PROCESS.Two hours later, the ******* Doctor's ****** is calling me stating they can get me back in on June 16th.But it was too late as they had removed me from the system as an employee as of June 14th.I lost out on medical treatment because I now no longer have *****************
