      This way2go debit card is the ******* you can't dispute fraudulent transactions without a certain customer ID code and even then they give you the hardest time and if you transfer money it takes 3 business days..

      This is the WORST CARD EVER!!! It's not compatible with a lot of other banking institutions, they charge you 50 cents every time a charge is submitted if you don't have the funds, and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Number for a live person! Someone is getting over with this card, and it sure isn't the customer!!! State Governments cashing in on its citizens!!!

      They don't even deserve 1 star!! I have to use them for my child support, however I am supposed to receive an automatic transfer. That didn't happen and I was told by my child support office that when Conduent updated their system it messed up thousands of people's accounts that have bank transfers. I have no idea how to fix it because the wait times to speak to someone are literal HOURS. The 2 times I was able to speak to someone yesterday the rep was absolutely clueless or either out right lied because they both claimed to not have any idea and said it wasn't on their end and tried to blame either my bank or the child support office. Funny how the child support office has an official letter from Conduent taking responsibility for the mess up, however still can't get it fixed nor tell customers what to do.. Get it together!!!!

      I'm not fond of this company, it took me an hour to press the right prompt to get an actual person on the phone. I miss my previous child support company. The reps are not very informational and this company is c*** I think I will open another BANK account so I don't have to deal with this company. This company is the absolute worst. ******** can afford to pick a better vendor for their child support services.

      Terrible company you cant even get connected to a live service agent for help. If you are locked out of your account good luck! Every number Ive been given takes me to the same automated prompt that literally does nothing for my situation.

      Not even worth 1 star. The app never works and the website crashes daily. Cant use either ever and its the way you have to bank with them, online that is. So they make it impossible to really make sure your account is accurate or keep track of finances. Instead of really fixing the problem they do constant updates that never work. This is a card supporting a child placed in my cutody and i have no choice but to be stuck with it . They should be ashamed of what they are doing and the government should revoke the contract and go back to the last company.

      I got a tax refund from my ***************** but never received the card. When I called Way2Go Card they said my card had already been used. So I filed a fraud claim. When the process was over they issued another card three times before I finally got it in the mail. Only to find out the card had been used again. Very disappointed and could use the money. Im frustrated. The ******** tax commission has not been able to help me.

      I would give them a -10 if possible for their way2go MasterCard! Never been treated so badly by a company. Do NOT use their way2go MasterCard.

      *** child support changed to this card for me about six months ago. I am absolutely horrified at the lack of information, customer service, and quality of service. On one particular occasion, I transferred funds to my bank account. The money was lost in the digital process and theyre telling me it will take 45 to 90 days to fix. This is totally unacceptable. Also, you are unable to use this as an actual debit card to pay your online bills. For example, if you are paying your car note that doesnt allow you to pay by credit card, you cannot use this card as a debit to do so - in the digital system it acts as a credit card. Also, you cannot add it to Apple Pay as a payment source. Basically, the only place you can use this is it point of sale or ATM, not appropriate this day and age. please dont ever transfer funds out- your money could disappear for months.

      The ***************** ********************************* began to use way 2 Go for child support in approximal 2019 . My card was compromised like 6 times. I never got any of the money back after doing fraud disputes. Every time I call I wait about **************************************************************************************************************************************** dec 2023 my card was compromised again with 153$ taken. It happened to be my daycare funds for that week. I was forced to take off work because i did not have the funds to pay for daycare as it is the month of Christmas. Now way 2 go is saying 45 days to investigate. What ? Why would it ever take that long? Once I get my money back I will be cancelling the card and having the child support direct deposited into a bank account. Im going to go and open a new account because I want my child support monies separate from my income . Shame on Way 2 Go and shame on Ingham County , ********. I will be writing the president of Way 2 go and the county clerk in Ingham County. Child support funds are fragile and should be handled with care , its for a child. Way 2 Go has the worst service ever and I'm disgusted.
