      I have been trying to access my money in this account for several months. BenefitWallet has been TERRIBLE with not only their online experience, but also with their call center support. Every time I call, I stay on hold for up to 20 - 30 minutes. I have been trying to pay for an au pair service with my funds for weeks but they keep blocking the payment and I can't get someone to answer me as to why. Now I'm trying to issue a paper check to the au pair service and when I called a week later to follow up to make sure the check was sent, they informed me that it had not been sent due to "possible fraud" but had not notified me to tell me that. They are charging me $3.50 / month to keep my money that I cannot use. This must be illegal. It's terrible. I can't wait to get my money out and close my account. Benefitwallet needs to refund me the account maintenance fees that they have been charging me for years while I have tried to access MY OWN MONEY.

Your HSA debit cards are generally merchant restricted where it will only allow you to use it at qualified merchants such as clinics, pharmacies, and certain doctors office. Since au pair services are not an eligible medical expense, using your debit card on such merchant will not go through. We have reversed $42 of monthly maintenance fee on your account as a onetime courtesy.Please be advised that you may still be assessed of future fees. We tried to get in contact you to discuss your options but was unable to reach you. For further details, you may reach out to our contact center at *************, our hours of operations is from Mondays to Fridays, 8AM 8PM ET and weekends, from 9AM 6PM ET.

      I did a short contract in the medical field and had made contributions for my *** into this Benefit Wallet account for the amount of $8,825.13. and I no longer work for the company through which these contributions were made. I spoke to a Benefit Wallet rep over the phone to transfer all my money to my account of desire & they have refused to do so even after I had submitted the required document authorizing the transfer. I have given them time & I have not seen my money. This is yet another attempt at me getting my money. The company is operating a fraud by taking peoples money & refusing to return/refusing to transfer out of the account. Whoever you work for please verify which company they use for the *** health benefits. If it is Benefit Wallet, do not have your money secured there! I contributed this money to this account in good faith for my *** and it wont allow me to use it or transfer it. This is a big fraudulent operation! I have never worked with any company that refused to transfer or give me my money. I want all my money out of the account. & I think this business should be investigated!
