This business offered a rebate offer promotion for Maeve candy bars which I purchased and submitted my receipt on 4/22/25 and it was rejected on 4/25/25 for no reason. When I tried to submit it again, it said the campaign had ended and to email **@*******.** with the receipt image if you had purchased the item prior to the campaign ending. They responded saying refusing to issue the rebate. This is fraud and I have already returned other items I have purchased through their campaigns and have received a rebate for.

I have submitted a reimbursement for an advertised rebate by WeStock. My request was denied as well as another member in my family. There are 3 of us in the household and the offer is limit one per person. I was told that I submitted more than once and that my payment was sent to someone else in my family. I explained the situation to customer service through email and they are not willing to resolve this issue. It is very obvious a system error. The 3 of us have different emails, phone numbers, and different ************ accounts. The only error that I can see on my part is that we signed up for the offer on the same device. When I asked whether this issue can be corrected I was completely ignored. I tried to resubmit since I was actually being helped and have already spent the money and purchased the item (my mother as well). This false advertising and others need to be made aware that Westock does not follow its own terms and policy and in unwilling to correct system errors. I need a reimbursement for myself and my mother and will be expecting a resolution to this.
