    Their customer service for consumers is atrocious. They refuse to help solve any issues with a rebate submission and just insist that you're the one who made the mistake. They refused to assist me when I reached out to email them and eventually quit answering my emails.I will not be doing another rebate campaign through them and will advise others not to as well.I also advise any companies to avoid promoting their products through them and to use a different service. Don't risk their bad customer service affecting the image of your brand and turning consumers away instead of bringing them in as they claim they will do. Wrong. What a waste of time and money this experience was.
