    I want to be mindful of the fact that I called this company out of the blue, and did receive prompt and courteous service to fix my air conditioning issues. However, on the business management side of things, I have never seen such price gouging in my life from a company. They overcharged me for a simple freon recharge. They did not set expectations around pricing...only that their $150 show up fee would be credited toward the job. I was completely surprised by a bill that totaled more than $1,500 for less than 30 minutes worth of work. I am not faulting the technicians in this scenario. They are only the messengers. But this company has poor business practices in setting expectations around pricing and labor costs. I will not use them again and I would caution people to make sure you have an estimate in writing before requesting services from them. Even as a senior citizen there was no consideration to provide a discount or any other type of relief in a situation like this. They clearly took advantage of the fact that there was a heat wave going on and they wanted to make a ton of money.

    I was having AC issues for months My partner and I have been in and out of hospitals for surgeries so it was detrimental to our health. Had 4 different companies out and no one fixed the problem. Last night *** from All Week come by and was able to find the problem and fix my AC finally. He was pleasant and easy to deal with and knew what he was doing.

    My daughter recently purchased a house. The house needed extensive plumbing fixes. My father who lived in *********, ** used this company for many many years and I knew they had an excellent reputation and they were very timely to come and fix the issues. ******* and ****** were very good in communicating with me. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work needed. ****** and his team were excellent. They went over and above for what we needed.

    All Week Plumbing, Heating, and HVAC came to my home to service my boilers. One boiler was making a loud rattling noise every time I turned the heat on. The diagnosis was that I had the wrong water pump and replaced it with a proper one. 2 weeks later, the same noise was recurring. I contacted All Week and they sent a technician out. The technician said it was the meter which wasnt sending water to the pump and caused the pump that I just replaced to malfunction. I explained to All Week the situation and stated they misdiagnosed the 1st visit, and now I find myself again in the same situation. The refused to refund me nor rectify the situation. Stating when they left, the boiler was working properly. Not only did I pay over $1500.00 for the initial visit, but they wanted close to the same amount for the repair. I refused their offer and contacted PSE&G. When PSE&G arrived, they gave me a totally different diagnosis and also pointed out that the pump was installed wrong. It was in the reverse position.

    amazing and supper service.we had them replace our air conditioning system and they were prompt, cleaned after themself and our house is supper cold during this heat wave.

    We had a problem with our water heater that was leaking and wasnt working in the evening I called All Week and within 5 minutes got a return call through FaceTime **** showed me how to shut off the water to the heater but I couldnt do it. Within 20 minutes ****** was here and realized he had to change the valve.. we discussed the cost of a new water heater and sump pump and they were here the following day to do replacements They were courteous and did a great, neat job!! We are very satisfied!

    Time and time again All Week Plumbing has been the saving ***** for me and my family. I came home to a minor flood in my crawl space only discover that my hot water heater had shut off, needless to say I was panicked!! I called **** from All Week Plumbing and he was able to walk me through step by step how to get my pilot lit and my heater back up and running. This was at 9 pm when I thought no one would be there to help but **** not nknky answered my called he Facetimed me to talk me through the entire process. THANK YOU!!
