- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All payments made to Medionix LLC are for professional service engagements and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, if a client cancels a service before any work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a review of administrative and processing costs. All refund or modification requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of payment. Medionix LLC guarantees delivery of the services paid for, as outlined in each client’s personalized, legally binding service agreement. This agreement ensures clarity on deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines, securing the client’s investment and providing transparency throughout the engagement. Service exchanges or modifications may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of service delivery and mutual agreement between both parties.
