  Paid over $1000 to have an AA81E transmission valve body modified. The result was horrendous! Horrible shudder in reverse and gear changes. Had to remove the valve body immediately to prevent damage to the transmission. Level 10 has refused to provide refund. They CLEARLY have zero expertise in this transmission, and are misrepresenting their experience.

  I spoke to ****** and asked him to send HIS valvebody back and we will retest  it.He refused . I will stand behind any of the work we did on his valvebody.Please send back valvebody to resolve the problem. I will also need VIN number to confirm  that it is the correct valvebody for the car.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  

  The valve body that we sent to Level 10 is exactly the one corresponding to the original car, and came from the original car.  I do not need him to look up a VIN.

  The issue here is that Level 10 is taking money to modify an AA81e valve body for which they have absolutely no expertise or track record, in contrast to false claims they made to us in writing and over the phone.

  RR Racing will not be sending them another AA81E valve body, nor will we risk further damage to our transmission.

  We specifically asked ********************* if he had any references for other people or companies.  After claiming he has already done 100 of these AA81e valve bodies, he revised his figure downward significantly, and could only give one reference in ***, someone who we tried to message but later found out died several years ago!  We are the number 1 Lexus tuning shop in the world.  No one else pushes more power out of these cars than us, by a long shot.   If there was anyone out there successfully using ***'s valve body, we would know about it.

  It is possible that Level10 has some familiarity with more common transmissions.  The problem here is that when it comes to the AA81E, a unique direct shift Aisen transmission, ********************* has no clue what he is doing.  By claiming he does and taking $1000+ payment for what can be described at best as "experimental" work, constitutes fraud.

  He needs to send valvebody to retest. We have very detailed testing..I have been upgrading valvebodys  for 51 years.. If their is a problem with the work we performed **************.
